They sent me a saying Margaret Wells from the Mediation Department it is imperative that you contact my office at 833-785-6253.   I called them because i thought it was a text from the dr office.  They tried to get info from me.  I told them I don't have bills I'm rich and retired.  They tried to scare me.  I hung up. lol  Scammers

    got serval text from carol synder in mediation call #844-977-0236 over two wk period they left text with my brother too saying same, Itexted them to send me something in writing never got anything back must be a scam !!

    I was in a minor car accident a couple of weeks ago and apparently scammers get your phone number from the report.  I have been called and texted by all sorts of attorneys etc.  Today I got the "this is Carol Snyder from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 844-977-0236." Whoever it is, they texted from 561-589-1966 and only had my last name correct.  Blocking them as well now that I have seen this thread.

    Carol Snyder called from the Mediation Department 888-481-0949 then called me from 608-601-0890 after I hung up on her about a unpaid loan connected to my SSN. Like seriously people I pay all my bills maybe you should try it the legit way CAROL!!!!

    I received a text saying _________ (my daughters name). This is Carol Synder from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 888-481-0949.    I actually called the number and got put on hold for too long so I hung up.   Interesting how they find out my cell number and then connect me to my daughter who has a completely different last name then me??

      Somehow they connected me to my dead brother-in-law and in the text called me by his FULL name with the same B/S message they're sending everyone.  I think I've gotten two or three texts like that, I continue to block and delete.

    Just received a text from a Robert Whitman and in the text says he is from the Mediation Department and that was imperative that I contact his office. The number given was 877-288-0784. They had a lot of my personal information so that is scary. There also provided  some inaccurate information but they had more than what I fell comfortable with.

    I'm getting the same type text also, except they are texting me thinking I am my deceased brother-in-law, using his FULL name addressing me, like I am him.  I just ignore, block, and delete.

    I get a text from 803-274-5330 saying, "this is Robert Whitman from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 866-383-1454."
    Ugh, the lame scam attempt.

    Got a text from 803-274-5333 and 803-274-5330  saying the same garbage nonsense. That a Robert Whitman from the Mediation Department needs to be called back at 866-383-1454.
    I am kinda alarmed by the info these scammy jerks have.

    Got a text from a Michael Davis don't know who he is but when I called the 1-458-227-1575 I got a woman she said I owned a payday loan I new nothing about it. Is this a scam said they were going to freeze my bank account,

    This is Michael Davis from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 855-774-2281.  I have zero collections or legal issues. This is a scam I’ve demanded they stop contacting me but they keep calling and texting. Text came from (251) 274-1637.

    I received a message for my husband's ex wife's ex husband. I called 3 times. They wouldn't tell me who they were. The lady kept laughing at me and hanging up on me. I told them I will report them. I asked them if this was a scam they wouldn't tell me anything then I got another lady that said your number has been removed. I told them if they do this again I will be reporting them.

    I appreciate everyone's reports - will block the number.
