I have no idea what to do any more they always treathing me  that my credit is gonna be ruin, did any body got reported to a collection agency ? Please help

    We were scam too. I hate going to this vacation destination. I need help to cut them off my back. I do not care about my money. Just wanted them out.  Mo...fu... out.

    We've been scammed too. Every time we tried to get a destination spot with them, they told us they did not have anything available or they would tell us they didn't have a representative hotel that they could lodge us.
    Just this year we tried to go to Europe and asked them to get us a place they told us they would only find us a place if we paid for the membership. We decided to NOT GIVE THEM A DIME ANY MORE.
    We need to find a serious way to get rid of these people. Will try to contact an attorney.

    I am screwed with this Royal Holidays since 2010...I want to get rid of them as well...I don't care about the money I put down because I consider that as a "lost" already because I am not getting it back anyway...Now RH every year asks for a "Maintenance Fee" which is $530...that's on top of the contract total-points of 15K for $7000.  This is what pisses me off the stupid Maintenance FEE.....what freakn' maintenance is that!...someone explain and please help me get them out of my way.

      They did the 'opposite' to me. Put me out of the payment system but kept my money which was over 14.000,00. Never got to even use my points. I didnt make a cancellation either, First Names Group/FNTC Isle of Man) did. And why they did? Because they have things to hide?

        Sorry again about my lousy english :). What I meant is that it doenst matter which way, its always the customer who they make to lose. I was lied about those maintenance fees as well in representaton Bahamas. I asked many times about those, and the answer was - no other charges than montly payments. And this maintenance fee -charge was going to be once (first year). But Isle of Man kept also sending me thiese bills yearly, which I also paid till they put me out of the monthly payment system, but kept sending me yearly fee -bills. Odd? There was absolutely no way to me do my monthly payments afterwards.

    I was scamed in 2006.   After paying around $13000.   I discovered they were not going to follow through on their promise to give me money for my time share as they promised they would .     We found out they were scamers so we told them we would give them no more payments.   So they told us if we tried to get out they would ruin our credit.      Here it is 2013 and they slapped another collection notice on our credit report.   they claim we owe them $14,000. more.  

    WE HAVE NEVER USED THIS CLUB.......

    They are using Monetrey Financial  out of Oceanside Calif.   Has anyone else delt with this collection agency???????

      RHC is about financial groups/services, like my case so called RHC is about IFG International Division nowadays First Names Group, Isle of Man, Ireland...
      Theres no such company as RHC existing except in Europe related to IFG (First Names Group)..

      well they actually stole money from my account and never owned it. I have a visa receipt that they did  and after years of the runaround. They put me in supposed collection agency ( their own ) in the states and now I have received notice they have me in collections here in Canada. I explained to my bank I dealt with and they don't care ..say they will continue with things the way they are. I will appeal it here. writing certified letter to better business bureau and I will wait for them to sue. Let's hope  I can woin as I have lots of documentation of fraud.  . I will keep you all posted. I think we should  all hire an atourney together and go after them.

      Look into your sonsumer affairs  in your area and go from there. Everyone keep copies of everything . Try to get them to write over innternet. Tell them you are taping them when they call and record who says what. They are liars. Be sure you cancel any accounts they can access.  Just saying.

    On October 2, 2012, we were fraudulently induced to sign an upgrade to our existing vacation club contract with Royal Holiday Club (RHC) for a cost of $10,700 plus approximately $400 in additional maintenance fees for 2013. We claim that the contract was fraudulently induced because one of the promises that the RHC sales manager made to us in writing in exchange for upgrading our membership was that RHC would cover the cost for two rooms in the Premier tower at Royal Grand Caribe in Cancun for 4 people for specific dates around the Thanksgiving 2013 holiday. We received this offer by email at the time we were sitting in the contract signing room. We received several additional emails concerning the return trip after the contract was signed. To date, RHC has refused to finalize the promised reservations.

    I'm sorry you fell for this scam, the best you can do by now is canceling the contract, otherwise, your credit report will be totally ruined. This is a forum with more people who were scammed by royal holiday, maybe you could get some ideas from them:

    Royal has been after us for three years because we have refused to pay them another cent - for the same reason as all of you have stated.

    They call me at work and send me emails. I don't even know how they got my work email !

    Our lawyer says they can't do anything to us.  They are threatening to ruin our credit now but we aren't giving them another cent.  We paid our membership cash, up front.  We had two vacations that we had to fight for like we've never fought for anything and we paid almost the same price we would have paid without a membership.  AND we had to pay to get from the airport to the resort - NO taxi waiting for us, as was promised.  Stay strong because they can't do anything to us !

      I too am a fellow canuck and resentful individual of Royal "crap"!!

      Just wanted to ask you if up til today they still proceed with collection attempts? You mentioned your lawyer, can they or will they report you to the credit agencies?

      I read another post from someone saying the credit file agencies don't share the same information across the two sides. Ie US and Canada. Do you know of this?

      Just want out of this BS with them already lost enough money from them. Don't want to pay their maintenance fees anymore!!

        Hi They have put me in a collection agency called Canadian ICR LTD....it seems they also may have some affiliation with Royal Holiday as they are advertising them on there website.  I am going to file a dispute. Keep posted.

    Well here I am another one scammed.  They gave my husband and me lots of alcohol and pressured us into signing.  Our 1st and last time in MX. I have not been able to use because I'm not getting calls back in a timely matter.  As I say Lost another deal Xiomara!  We were told a lot of untrue stuff at the signing!
