Dynata has called me eight times over the past three days.  They will not remove me from their phone list, even though I am on the Do Not Call list.  What they are doing is harassment, pure and simple. Horrible

Exactly why they call seniors. senior age  group was raised to be considerate, polite and cooperative.  No more,
I don't answer dynata.  Years ago I had a survey group called and I  pulled their routine, made up my own survey about cheese.  Survey caller cut loose with a string of swear words and hung up and never called back.  That is best way to get on their no call list. Or play hearing impaired and just keep saying hello, hello, hello.  They hang up.  I was told by police years back when I was getting abusive call before caller ID, Blow a sports whistle in the phone when they call. That works to stop some callers. " Opt out " is just a lesson in futility. They are college kids working nights and weekends, just dialing for dollars.  They don't register or monitor opt out requests.

I continue to block these calls and they just call from another line.  It’s WAY past harassment at this point. Sickening!!

When I see a spam call (or any other unknown callers) I put the receiver nest to my TV. I usually have country music playing on it.  Now if that doesn't discourage spammers NOTHING WILL!

Call block doesn't work for me either. They just call from another number. Why are these people allowed to harass the public like this? Where's the FCC?

The FCC is in the pocket of telecommunications lobbyists. They answer to the $$$, not the people they are paid to serve.

Aloha Nellie,  Did the opt opt button stop your calls?  Just wondering if it helped or if it put you on even more company's call lists.

If you put your number in their "opt-out" page, you're simply acknowledging that number to be current.  VERY current.

Have gotten several calls from them, all from different numbers.  Usually they never leave a message but the latest call left the message that they claimed to be calling on 'behalf' of Edward Jones and asked that we call them back.  Why would Edward Jones need them to call for 'marketing research'? Something doesn't smell right here.

Never call scam callers back.   If it were legitimate the caller would call back.  I let one go to voice mail and it was from a call center.    Don't answer the calls, please !  Your phone is for your convenience, not to be harassed by scammets.

Exactly right Molly, do NOT call back or push option #.  You only get bombarded with more calls.

Not too bright and really very stupid Ignats. They do have a way to stop the calls on their website. If you were smart you would have checked it out. But then we are talking about you so there are no "smarts" in your family.

      Hey,

I guess you also believe in the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus.  THE OPT OUT CHOICE ON THEIR WEBSITE ONLY CONFIRMS THAT THEY DID REACH AN ACTIVE PHONE NUMBER.  No branches in your family tree I see.

Called every 3 hours, two days straight, as late as 9:42 pm, each call a different phone number so they can't be blocked.  Hung up every time.  It's not even a human.  It's a robo voiced survey about which I never stayed long enough to hear. Nuisance
