Dynata has called me eight times over the past three days.  They will not remove me from their phone list, even though I am on the Do Not Call list.  What they are doing is harassment, pure and simple. Horrible

Dynata calls several times a day from different phone numbers. The CEO should be arrested.

The next time those mofos call me they will get a survey alright. They are not going to like the words coming out of my mouth. I am a senior citizen and I will not take crap from annoying phone people. Trust and Believe.

Frequent caller. Despite the caller ID, the phone number is a local one and the company is in another state. I suspect a big scam that hides behind the "survey" as a weak attempt to comply with the do-not-call registry. I don't pay ATT&T a huge monthly sum for the convenience of crooks like this. When will government and business get serious about this plague?

These guys are the scum of the earth, calling every day with a new 4 digit ending.  I'd like to drag their pathetic management team through a pool of hot steaming cow plop.  It would be more honest for them to make a buck by pimping.

Called from, 1-323-991-7029, 1-323-990-6142,  323-922-3110, 323-996-2108.  When you call their number, their is a message that says you can opt out.  Has anyone tried it?  does it work?

DYNATA  called from 505-421-3085, or it was spoofed by someone.  Did not leave a message, so I just blocked them.

People, just don’t answer a name or number you don’t recognize.  I let my call go to voicemail and no message was left.

Same here.  They just keep calling and calling - sometimes late at night - and on weekends.

Their website has an OPT OUT button.

Now, just why should anybody have to opt out of something that is straight up illegal?

I get calls from shitbirds like this constantly not much that you can do except don’t ever answer them or like another said confirm your number as active by “opting out”.

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings/Phone and scroll down to Silence Unknown Callers and select that. If they aren’t on your contact list, your phone won’t ring.

I suspect that callers are paid by the answered calls, even if it's voicemail.  5 months ago I stopped turning on my voicemail and not answering unidentified or unknown numbers........just let it ring.  I get maybe 20% of the calls I used to get.

If you record the 3 tones from when you dial an inactive number and put it on the front of your voice-mail, their auto dial records your number as non working. That removes you from their list. As these scammers sell their lists and propagate the working/non working numbers, the calls will be far less frequent. May take 3 to 6 months for them to stop.

Dynata called me over 8 times in the past 2 days even though I cut off the call and hang up without a word.

They call at least three times a day.  Always different number/location.  Fortunately my Comcast spam filter stops them after 1 ring.

There is no opt out button on their website. They tell you to call a number.

That is true.  I just checked.
