Sherry @ Wells Fargo Dealer Services Va Beach Va called my neighbor of whom I do not even know their names..left a message that I had listed them as a Contact & that she could not get a hold of me would she please give me a message ...All the above is false not to mention that I had paid my payment @ 9:30 yesterday morning and she called my neighbor yesterday evening..why would she not check records before caling?   we are talking 29 days late here...Is this legal ? according to the fair Debt Collection Practices Act it is not..I am getting an attorney but I just wanted the complaint to be out there just as the Better Business will get my letter...Thank You.

    Seriously the worst service ever! They are rude, I got disconnected multiple times and they make you feel like your a total bother. Stay away!!!

    We are put on warning and threaten with termination, if we don't harass and bully the customer into making the payment; The end of the month is when we must make the customer py at any cost; We are bullied, threaten , and fired if we do not uses and abuse the customer into making the payment;  We have a GOAL at the end of the month  and that is why the harassment intensifies ;I hate this place never wrk for a comp which treats customers like this and lies.
