No power - no customer service

This is my second H2010 HD powerwasher. Both simply died in under a year. The power doesnt go on. I have two friends that had the same experience. Shame on me for buying a second one. First one went to the dump. Went thru online Chat troubleshooting in June. Was told a Shipping Label would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. No label ever arrived. Emailed HDPowerwashing and no response. It is now August, I had to buy another powerwahser (gas this time and certainly NOT HDPowerwasher, back online and having to trouble shoot all same things again. If I don't they will only take the machine back if I give them a creidt card. No one to talk to. I can't even figure out who manufactuers this.

    Seems like you have had a number of complaints, with No Service.
    Previously I bought a smaller model, that only worked once.
    So I bought a Suppose to be bigger and better.
    Again it only worked once and now there is No Power.
    The flow comes out less than the power of the hose.
    But from is inducated there are a number of promblems and complaints without customer service!

      Thanks Phil it was the switch on the cord in the front of the power washer I had to take the clip out and the pressure washer now works thanks again

      I received a Powerwasher- Electric Clean Machine H2010-1 as a christmas gift.
      I live in La Crosse, WI so I as unble use until the spring. I got it out, and set it up,
      when I turn the on/off switch I get nothing. No motor sound of any kind.  Unfortunatley
      I did not save the box.  As a gift I wanted to open it up. We used the box for the christma
      wrapping paper.

      I check the reset button on the plug in unit and a red light is showing. Any suggestions.

        It is supposed to be on to check for ground fault circuit.  Press the upper button to reset and the unit should start.

      first of all that is the wrong number ,when i call iget someone trying to sell me a wal-mart car.anyway ive used my sprayer maybe five times and the nozzlethat clickes onto the sprayer and hose broke. it would be nice to have it replaced at no charge as i did nothing wrong to brake it, it sure wasnt were and tear.thanks, if so please send to

    Bought a H2010 in May of this year. It was used twice and now water pours out of the gun. I was going to buy a new gun, if you sell them, but now I think it would just be a waste of money after reading all the other Complaints.

      I had the same thing happen. I am hoping to replace the gun with another brand. A good one.

    Won't stay on.
    wHEN FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS AND PRESSING THE 'TEST' BUTTON THE POWER LIGHT DOESN'T GO 'OFF' AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO.  THE MACHINE USUALLY WORKS FOR ABOUT TWO SECONDS ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE IT WORK FOR ABOUT TWO MINUTES ONE TIME.  THIS MACHINE IS LESS THAN THREE MONTHS OLD AND UNDER WARRANTY. I WANT TO HAVE IT FIXED ASAP. ACTUALLY,I'LL BE HAPPY TO SEND IT BACK IF YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY. DON'T SEE ANY REASON TO DO BIZ WITH HD WHEN THEY SELL JUNK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. i REALLY DON'T SEE MUCH REASON FOR CONTINUING TO DO BIZ WITH HD.  SUGGEST YOU GIVE ME A GOOD REASON

    I had purchased a model H2100  1650PSI powerwasher on  12/04/10 at Home Depot and last summer the power would not turn. It was like it wasnt plugged in.     Extremely dissapointed with this product.

    This is my second HD power washer HD2100 from Home Depot.  Both stopped working after 2 use.  Issue is at that the power washer failed to start after 2 use.   I returned the first unit for another and experienced issue again after 1 use.  I checked the manual without anyavailable tips to resolve the issue.

    My experience mirrors several of those posted.  Have bought two hd power washers; first one worked for almost two years, but the wand was leaking badly, then the plug gave out.  Bought a new one, but decided to try to resurrect the old one.  Purchased a new wand and plug and it works, but the brand new one won't.  When you plug it in the red light goes on, but no power.  It also gets very hot.  I tried the phone number listed above, because there is no number on the parts website, but I got a "test recording".  So much for customer service.

    I Purchased the H2010-1  on March 23, 2011.  I had only used it twice and now the "Spray Lance" nozzel is leaking profuely!  When I called customer service I left my number, model #, and description of the problem.   1 week later I received a call back and to be told, rudely, that I have to order a new one and was hung up on!!!!!  WOW!!!  I will take my chances and order the $15 part as opposed to spending hundreds on a new one.  If this doesn't work I'm DONE! And YES...SHAME ON HOME DEPOT FOR NOT EXPECTING HIGHER STANDARDS FROM THE MANUFACTURES THEY CARRY!!!!

    Unfortunately I bought a power washer (h1610).
    Both of the nozzles have quit working and Home Depot doesn't carry replacements.
    I tried to contact hdpowerwasher.com but received no response.
    Good luck trying to contact the company by phone.
    Shame on Home Dept for using this company

    I am having the same problem. No power. No customer service. The phone number 888-550-1606 gives you a test message response and there is no customer service.
    I can't believe Home Depot carries this product.

    Same problem with the power and also leaking power washer head - model 2010.
    Most of the water, when the machine starts, by-passes the actual jet required and end up coming out of ano0ther outlet, so that, the pressure obtained is a little more than a garden hose
    I came on line to order a 4-way head, but I am now having reservations. I may end up buying a Black/Decker, which looks good. I have never had much problems with B/D products. I have been using them for over 50 years

    So disgusted with this machine.Used it twice and it won't turn on .Seems everyone is having power problems with this machine.Should contact Better Business Bureau. In fact I think I will.I intend to get it out there that no one should buy this thing.

    Purchased a PW 1850 US model in the spring of 2011 and after two months of use the pressure was low and I returned it for repair.  It randomly was returned with no details on what was fixed and then I only used it a couple of times before putting it away for winter.  The next spring I used it and the pressure dropped off again.  When I called many times and e-mailed I finally got a response that the warranty had expired so they woul not help.  Since they would not help me I finally opened the cover and noticed the electric motor rotor and brushes were broken.  I have tried to call to find out what can be done but they never answer the phone.  This is very poor customer service.  Do not buy this product.
