This is my second H2010 HD powerwasher. Both simply died in under a year. The power doesnt go on. I have two friends that had the same experience. Shame on me for buying a second one. First one went to the dump. Went thru online Chat troubleshooting in June. Was told a Shipping Label would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. No label ever arrived. Emailed HDPowerwashing and no response. It is now August, I had to buy another powerwahser (gas this time and certainly NOT HDPowerwasher, back online and having to trouble shoot all same things again. If I don't they will only take the machine back if I give them a creidt card. No one to talk to. I can't even figure out who manufactuers this.

    They have no such thing as customer service

    It seems that we were all taken for the same ride.  The machine worked fine year one.  Just tried to use it for the first time in year two.  Absolutely no pressure.  Nothing is clogged or kinked. I's just a $200.00  piece of junk.

    My worked perfect for about 10 times. Put it away for a month, got it back out and now no power. Have tried everything. Even the test and reset lights don't light up. Have tried multiple outlets, it is just fully dead. Not sure how something just dies sitting in a garage. Horrible product, really not sure how Home Depot sells this thing.

    Same as the other user... Bought a 1610 just to clean my pool deck.. used 1 time for about an hr. put it away for the winter.. brought it out yesterday and NO POWER wont do anything  .. Called customer service and all the guy would say is oh well your out of warranty... that simply stinks. !!

    I bought a H2010-1 washer, used it once and it worked fine. The second time I used it would not turn on, ground fault kept kicking off, after a month or so I tried it and it worked again. Now I tried to use it to clean my motorhome and there is no pressure, just a little stream, like your kitchen faucet, only with no pressure. I can hear the motor/pump working, nothing is plugged or the hose isn't twisted, just nothing is coming out with pressure. When I contacted the manufacture about the plug deal, the women on the other end was rude, very rude but I was nice about it and let her be nasty, and she was, without any help. The Consumer Protection should be advised of this problem and get this crap fixed on them. Will I buy another product from this company, hell no.

    Absolutely piece of [***] powerwasher.  I have the 1500 psi model. Used once, now won't work. Plug in turn water on turn power on ... nothing.  Neighbor has same unit with same problem.   Shame on this mickey mouse company,  and shame on home Depot for selling me this P.O.S.   Home Depot won't even refund my money.  I'm going to Canadian Tire and buying a Mastercraft, but not before I stop at Home Depot and dump out a box full of pressure washer parts as I am crushing it with my 4X4 first.  They can have their junk. DO NOT BUY POWERWASHER FROM HOME DEPOT.

    Couldn't agree more with the fact these machines are crap. Used only a few times and then it died. Kept tripping the GFI. Best news I can imagine is they have gone out of business and they well deserved to. Shame on Home Depot for not standing behind the products they sell

    It has power but motor waits to come on. Pump runs 10 seconds then shuts off. It won't come back on. Tried multiple times.  I've used it twice.  Do not under any circumstances buy this product.  Don't even accept it as a gift.  You'll be stuck with getting rid of it.  First chance I get it's going straight to the junkyard.

    I have Powerwasher h2010. Manual says twist 90 degrees to change spray. Doesn't seem to turn at all. But spray works. First comes out as hard spray pattern then after about a minute it changes to narrow jet spray. Is there a way to change from narrow hard spray to wider spray or lighter spray whenever you want?

    I have a HD 2010   power washer, that I bought at Sam's club.  I call the customer service ( from HD power washer ), line I was told they have few parts, because this was made in china, where else.  No repair manual and no parts available, and guess what its disposable so much for $299.00. you get what you pay for...don't buy anything that might need repair form a store like Sam's or any of them chances are you are not going to be able to get it repaired or not be able to find parts on line...
