GRC Meaningful Beauty charged my debit card $119.90 on 04/06/2009 for wrinkle cream. I am way past worrying about wrinkles. I am the only person with access to this account and I did not place this order.  My Wife has a separate account but I checked and she also did not authorize this charge.  Their customer service rep. was of no assistance.  Told me they will ship the order and not issue a credit, plus I will receive automatic periodic shipments. Unable to obtain a fax number and their web email is rejected on the basis that the require security code is incorrect.  Tried numerous times. I will dispute the charge with BOA which is very time consuming. Check your charge card debits frequently and report these unauthorized charges to the appropriate state law enforcementagency.

    I ordered some of the product in October 2010 and I was charged with the amount which was US$139.95 on the same month. I just find out from my December statement that I was charged another $149.94 for something that I did not order. I have raised this with my bank as this is an unauthorise charge on my credit card account. I believe this is fraud and people concerned should be taken to task.

    Ordered my product in Feb 2011 (after watching ShopTV Canada), was billed the same day, still waiting for it, actually, not any more, because was smart to go on the web site and get some information about this GRC*IN AN INSTANT, but not tooo smart to do it before ordering this crap. There is no info on my statement, no website, no phone # to call...no wonder...Need to cancell my Cr Card ASAP. Never had problems like that before, unbelievable...surprised they still operate...

    I ordered the product and requested the 39.99 that I saw adverstized on tv.  when it arrived, i didn't think much that the bottles were bigger.. they don't look so small on tv so i assumed i got the 39.99 deal.  my 1st statment shows the charge plus shipping.. So all was okay "or so you think" next thing i see was that i was charged in november and december and january.. i'm the idoit that doesn't look at her credit card statments.  i called them right away and asked "why are you charging me every month" they said that i agreed to the larger amount and that it's 49.99 the 2nd and 3rd month and they will send me refill.  So I flipped and asked for the supervisor.  Well, let me tell you that they have no customer service what so ever!!! I informed her that i didn't agree to this and to stop charging my account.  She insisted that i did agree and had the balls to tell me that the calls are recorded.  So I said GREAT let me listen to my call.  i asked about 10 times and she refused.  I cancelled the the stupid order and what do you know they send me a refill and charge my account.  I return the damn product with canada post and confirmed online that it was recieved.  3 months later they send me a bill for 49.95 x 2 which is now in collection.. I throw the slip out thinking that i would never have to deal with the company again...

    i can't believe how many complaint this product has and no one has done anything about it.

    i will not pay.............. nor will i ever order from a USA company....

    These people from california should be beaten with a plow line and hung from a willow tree. These are the same types as populate the entire state. The GRC,meaningful beauty outfit made charges to my Visa card and I'm tired of dealing with them I have informed Visa to cancel my card.Why do the authorities not do something?

      what if meaningful beauty charges you by mail?. Would you still pay them?.. even if you cancel your order?
      by any chance do you know if they will report it and it will affect your order?

    I ordered the glowing serum and the bleaching cream, it has been 6 weeks now and still have not gotten the products. I called over two weeks ago and the lady said i should have them in a week.  It is now going on two weeks and still no products.  I called again today and they say there was not even an order made.  However my credit card has been processed!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!  Now i have to get that taken care of.  I tried to even order the glowing serum and the bleaching cream AGAIN right then and there, she told me she would send out a catalog so I could give HER the scew code for the product.  ARE YOU KIDDEN ME?  
    NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!  LADIES WATCH your credit cards!!!!!

    Charges from GRC Proactive started appearing on my charge card. I never heard of these guys and certainly never ordered from them nor have received any merchandise from them. I am a male and am the only one authorized to charge on my card. Have had 3 charges so far and had to cancel my credit card number to stop this. GRC either has poor security or this is just a scam.

    They are fraud, and please do not buy from them. They keep charging my visa and I called 10 times to get an answer. I spoke with the supervisor which it wasn't and she started yelling at me??? Are you kidding me. Poor customer service, they would not provide me with any emails and they gave me a fake fax machine. They should be shut down for business.
    Do me a favor NEVER buy from these people a total SCAM

    As a capital one card member I was able to report fraud on CC and they called company for me initiating a refund and future stop of any "automatic shipments." This provided a solution for me but does not fix the problem of their flat out fradulent charges.

      2.Meaningful beauty = a waste of money and time
      3.Charged me money more that they supposed to
      Now I hate them! I did cancel future payments from them on my debit card but what if meaningful beauty charges you by mail? Would you still pay them?.. even if you cancel your order? (this is my third payment) i owe 49 and 56 dollars and i don't want to pay them more money but i don't want my credit to be affect it, by any chance do you know if they will report it and it will affect your credit?

    it is always a scam specially doing business with US people, Canada should be more strict & regulate these scammers who are fattening themselves. enough is enough, no more US [***] here. Please stop it! Thanks

    I have NO ideal what are who  this company is all I know  thatthey charged my account 39.95 for something if I don't get some kind of answer wiythin thirty days I WILL TURN IT OVER TO MY ATTORNEY. My e-mail is mkirbymic@gmail.com So please credit the money back to my account asap.It was deducted Jan 3, 2012.

    I am NEVER ordering anything on tv again!!! This is such a scam!!! i called to cancel my order last week and the representative talked so fast and was rushing me off the phone..but not before i asked, "Is there anything else i need to do on my end to ensure that i will not be charged any additional charges?" His response was, " well you would need to return what you ordered by March 24th in order to not get charged an additional $151". I feel bad for the customers who cancelled using their automated service, which by the way, is the first option they give you (as if they are trying to help you). So i am still waiting for the mailing label that the gentlman offered me last week. i called ten days after my initial cancellation to find out where this mailing label is and he tells me it could take up to ten days to receive. then i ask how long it will take to process my reimbursement and he tells me 4-6 weeks??!!! ARe you kidding me?? So i called my credit card to cancel any future charges from this company!! Obviously if they are going to take that long to process it then i am going to get charged $151. Makes no sense if i cancelled on February 7th (2 weeks after the initial order) that i will still get charged $151!!! VERY disappointed in Cindy Crawford for putting her name and face on this scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she should be ashamed of herself allowing this to happen to people that trusted her endorsement!!!!! i will keep complaining until i clear this up!

    I too was ripped off. i only discovered after receiving an email that i was billed 150.00 after only agreeing to 59.00. I hope i can get myself out of this fairly quickly. but looking at this list, it's been going on since at least 2009 and they are still up to their tricks.

    I am getting my 2011 income tax information together ( last minute) and in each of the 12 months I
    see a charge on my dicover card from GRC MF beauty vitamin for $33,94.
    My 85 year old wife rarely make an internet purchase, and since I am the one who pays bills, when I
    see she has made a small charge I ignore it, but because I am going over all of 2011, it caught my
    eye. I do not know when this started,at could have been 2010.   My wife said that she agreed to accept a free sample but never placed any order, she has recieved 3 or 4 boxes of vitamins which
    she gave to a greatgrandchild because I provide her with daily vitamins.   I will contact Discover Card, but because it has taken so long for me to catch this I doubt mutch can be done.

    Lucy the same thing happen 2 me so i canceled the product n i was complaining to them a lot so please ppl dont order THIS PRODUCT THEY WILL CHARGE U A LOT N KEEP CHARGING U EVEN U HAVE CANCELED UR ACCOUNT!!!!! MEANINGFUL BEAUTY IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCT OR BE PREPARED TO GET CHARGED EVERY MONTH 48 DOLLARS!!!  WHEN THEY SAY IS ONLY 39.99 EVERY 3 MONTHS BULL [***]!!!

    Their customer service is rude when questioned about billing.  Sent me a two month past due notice when I hadn't gotten a second bill.  Called.  Yes, they said, you're right, you're not past due.  No apology.

    Thanks for the complaints.  Wish I'd looked at them before I ordered the product.  I can't believe Cindy Crawford supports this kind of customer service on a product with her name on it.

    I will not take a chance and keep ordering.  I quit doing business and cancelled my credit card before they could take any more out of it.  Told them to bill me at the address they had on hand for shipping.  I'm still waiting for a correct billing rather than a past due notice.

    I've had the same problem.. Ordered it once and I wasn't thrilled with it, called and cancelled any orders.. But they have charged me twice 39.99 for orders I sent back unopened . I called and emailed and asked why I was still receiving orders when I cancelled.. They said they never received the packages back ... I finally had to cancel my card to get rid of them.. Terrible.. I will never fall for that again..

    This 'GRC' company is ridiculous!! I kick myself for ever listening to the tv ad and ordering. They practice deceptive business ethics and are exceedingly good at it. BBB should take a look at this A rating and see who bought it for them. My best advice is STAY AWAY!!!!
