GRC Meaningful Beauty charged my debit card $119.90 on 04/06/2009 for wrinkle cream. I am way past worrying about wrinkles. I am the only person with access to this account and I did not place this order.  My Wife has a separate account but I checked and she also did not authorize this charge.  Their customer service rep. was of no assistance.  Told me they will ship the order and not issue a credit, plus I will receive automatic periodic shipments. Unable to obtain a fax number and their web email is rejected on the basis that the require security code is incorrect.  Tried numerous times. I will dispute the charge with BOA which is very time consuming. Check your charge card debits frequently and report these unauthorized charges to the appropriate state law enforcementagency.

Big scam. My friend ordered this as a joke and they kept sending him vitamins and other junk and charging him hundreds of dollars, and they keep charging him after he told them to stop, and to send RMAs so he could return everything. It made him develop a rash anyway. They did not send any RMAs but they keep charging his credit card, still. Do not order this garbage. It doesn't work and they're a criminal enterprise. You're just going to get screwed in the end.

They intentionally mislead and obstruct everything and they're going to destroy your credit because they'll just keep charging you and if you cancel your card they send it to collections. They are STILL charging him after being told NOT to twice.

Never ever buy this product They sent me the product that I canceled took money out of my checking account. I sent the box back not opened been waiting for my credit to find out they just took another $39.95 out again. They call it installments.
They claim it takes 4 - 6 weeks to process the credit. I'm to the point I'd rather spend the money on a good lawyer . I' in the process now of changing my whole bank account numbers which means more work for me. Not only does the product not work But they are making up all excuses to fix the problem. I feel that I've been stolen from and how many others are they doing this to. There customer service sucks, They have 2 weeks to do the credit They can deal with an attorney then. I'm pissed sorry if I offended anyone. I know I took it out of the sales rep but look what aggravation they have caused me.. No more patience for them. Good luck to anyone out there .You will get the run around.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company and change your account number.  Do not let GRC fraudulently bill you for a recurring vitamin order you accepted as a gift.

I ordered from them and got exactly what I ordered. You HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT. It's not fraud if you agree to a buyer's agreement. I don't like the mascara or foundation but love the other products. I changed my order to stop shipments of the things I didn't like and substituted some new stuff and the customer service was helpful. Only Amazon waits to charge you until the product ships because they sell from multiple sellers. Any other company charges when you order, just like pre-paying for gas at the pump or paying your electric bill. That doesn't make it a scam. People need to use common sense and stop screaming "fraud". If you have a problem with a charge, call your card company. That's why PayPal issues debit cards to use online and convenience stores sell reloadable debit cards, people. This isn't 1997. Shopping online involves shopping smart, protecting yourself, paying attention to what you order and double checking your freaking information before clicking the buy button.

      Federal law.. replies to Jenny
allows consumers to dispute charges within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge, under FRB Reg. E for electronic transfers and debit cards, and FCBA for credit cards.  If a merchant charges ahead of shipping, and takes 4 to 6 weeks to credit back a charge, consumers would be foolish to wait patiently while that 60 day bank dispute period is running out, after which they will be unable to invoke their legal dispute rights.  Be sure to file all disputes with your bank IN WRITING with 60 days of the statement date, and also be sure to block your card number or shut down your account if you are dealing with a merchant making unauthorized charges..
