To whom it may concern:

I recently had a gift purchase for me at a zellers store, and did not have a receipt to take it back.  When I called the zellers in simcoe ontario canada to see how I am to go about returning my gift no one answered the phone so I tried three more times until finally the fourth time someone answered.  When I got to the store to return the products which were curtains the sales person told me I was only going to get the last sale price on the item which is not the accural price of the curtains.  My mother purchased the curtains as a gift for me and told me she had misplaced the receipt but told me what she paid for them which was over $140.00 and your store was offereing me less then half of that.  What can we do about this situation?  I feel that I should be reemburst for the full price of these curtains.  Please get back to me as soon as possible.

    Zellers in smith falls treats some of there customers like second class citizens. My daughterand I were shopping for ladies clothes and decided to try them on. Fiirst of all we could not get anybody, to come and let us in dressing room.,Another women came along and said she had rang bell about 4 times and nobody came. After quite some time the attendent showed up.She was quite nice to us apolizing for not being there.I then tried on top, went out dressing room door and called my daughter to show her the top.There was 3or4 workers standing around by door talking,and one girl makes comment that you certainly cannot wear that top like that rather loudly.I certainly did not ask her for her advice and there was no way she should have given it so rudely.What is the matter with these people,is it because they are losing jobs to target that they act like that.Most of the staff are pretty good . I then ran into them a few minutes latter and said to her I didnot need her advice and was not a [***] ,that I was panning to wear a pin on the low top. All the women started laughing at me. I sure am not happy with there ways of treating customers.
