I will be thankful if someone will help with email because i have send it to Dept of Labour, CCMA, dti, Parliament, President office, ANCYL Office, Black Management Forum, Public Protector, all the radio stations, all the media newspapers including 3RD Degree, Sabc etc and no one is interested on this matter. This letter serves to ask a few questions regarding the slow & no change in transformation in the workplace.

I would like you to start investigating a Company called The Creative Counsel there offices are based in Sunninghill, Johannesburg, GP. This Company is a Marketing Company representing a lot of big Brands in South Africa including your company. This Company still uses the “old yard stick” of apartheid in the Work Place, where black people can never be equals to whites.  I urge you to investigate this companies sweat shop conditions they offering there Black Employees. Our Country has the best of Acts in place to avoid discrimination, but one of the biggest injustices was to include white women into the Employment Equity Act, this allows Companies like these a platform to not comply to the Act yet stay with-in the law as per scribed by the Act.

This Companies Management consist of White Women, who’s believes are no black person is good enough to handle there clients accounts, even when there Client’s target market is black. A mandate was given to there H/R that only White Afrikaner ladies are short listed for the Customer Facing Positions & Senior Management positions. Any black person that happens to slip through the system, are quickly frustrated & discredited. These white women are a law into themselves; they spit fire at any black person wanting to behave as equals. They make no secret of there mandate either, for lower-end Promotions R140.00 p/day, the best category black promoters must be called, No Black Promoter has ever been invited on a R1000 a day Promotion. Our Youths are treated like wild animals when they come for promotions; they insulted, cursed at & threatened all the time. All the Black Office Staff was transferred to the Call Centre 2months ago; they are only good enough to be “runners” for the White Madams.  All black people are continually under suspicion of wrong doing. I ask myself why these big companies are not asking the right questions before giving contracts to this company. Or do these companies share the same value system?

This company is listed on all the websites for not paying there promoters, ill-treating there staff & running a sweat-shop, yet nothing is done, why Mr. President why? I have included the owners of the company in the cc list, (not expecting a responds)

    Govnment must put a strong law 2 protect every employee in their workplace especial black people, cos economically whites are stil rulin our country dats y they stil exploit people, our people are workin veri hard 2 make what those companies they are today but stil there are not apreciated stil treated like dirt in their own country

    I get what u are saying because i have experienced it myself doing promotions for them. its always black girls nd guys @ their trainings nd whites just pop ot of nowhere to do the most paying promo's this issue shuold be addressed because @ the same time we do our jobs as promoters nd then when we have to get paid people like Nicole nd Claudia dont want to pay us they still owe me R1000 for a Promotion i did for claudia nd radox. we dnt nid

    You will be suprised at da amount of complains the are about black promoters from creative counsel...often they stick around because of lack of jobs,i in particular have had major problems with them not wanting to pay nd rasicm first hand where i was literally told i sound white on da phone dey didn't expect a black person...some 1 needs to expose them.

    I am 1 of those whob suffered the same fate at tcc those so called white campaign manager neva give us a chance in big money jobs they expect to have a american accent in africa., forgeting that we were born and raise in mzansi.  and they a bad attitde to us even wen u call reception asking if their are any camaigns that are running those girls there neva give  out correct info.

    How can a person who has neva been a brand promoter b a campaign manager

      I would suggest learning how to write in grammatically correct English. It could be that clients would not like to work with people that can't spell correctly. Just saying...

    They never pay up on time if at all, and when they do its not much, unless you are one of the lucky white people who get called for the more decent jobs. Definately the worst company, taking advantage of students and the unemployed! They are exploiting people!

    i just got off the phone with some campaign manager she said shez gonna deduct my payment coz i faxed my time sheet late but then i told her that i sent it on time n i have proof of that but she does not want to entertain my storry...where can i file a complaint about this????

    I need my payment cause i use it as taxi fare to school so now if they dont pay me that means im not gonna be able to go to school...i want to expose her!!

    hello ati i will be able to help you in that department...please come to the sowetan offices when you find time,im going to need you to come with that evidence if you have sent that person messages about this issue alrea
    dy please do not delete them as i will need them as evidence to your story,you not being able to go to school for something your not even wrong of is not right and people like this should be exposed on paper for the people to see.
    When you get to the office please ask for leeroy,they will know what do.

    What a very bad campany  with a lot of thieves# I recently worked for a lady called Miranda for Colgate 360 surround and never got paid even a cent though i returned al my promotional equipment , even when i call Miranda 2 ask why im stil not paid , its the same lame excuse that the payroll is still processing my documents , i mean after 2 months ? I will never work  4 this company again , and would like 2 warn other sistas not to set their foot there , nothing good will come out of them. I jst wish al the sponsors can pull out and lok 4 other companies that respect their promoters and i serious of growing their companies, cnt they copy the way provantage n blue chillie do things .[***]###sht company

        Afternoon my name is Siphesihle Tshabalala and I live in soweto. I started working for TCC JHB in February of 2013. I was the BA for AXE APOLLO and my campaign manager was REN. Here I the dates I have worked:
        22-23 FEB
        1-2 MAR
        On the 7th of March I realized that my bank account had been closed so I quickly informed REN and faxed my new details to him by his request
        Tha 14th of March I'm still not paid so I contact TCC again and I'm informed that REN has gone to brazil and Justine will be taking over all his campaigns, so I tell Justine my problem and she tells me to Fax my banking details again! (Mind you each page at tha internet cafe is R7) and I called her a couple of times to ask about my money and kept telling me its being sorted out. On the 25th of March I was booked again to work on AXE and this time REN was back so I ask him why I'm still not paid, he says I must fax my banking details again!! And I do that so I work at Shoprite Tsakane on the 29-30 Mar and again on the 5-6Apr. I was to work again this weekend and I refused because I haven't been paid and I have no money at all. I need to get my money ASAP, iv been waiting for a long time now and I am so broke, please do help.

        The receptionist answering telephone number 010 492 9900 is so rude and sounds so annoyed. She needs to cheer up and be friendly she applied to be appointed as a Receptionist. I'm so disgusted.
