I will be thankful if someone will help with email because i have send it to Dept of Labour, CCMA, dti, Parliament, President office, ANCYL Office, Black Management Forum, Public Protector, all the radio stations, all the media newspapers including 3RD Degree, Sabc etc and no one is interested on this matter. This letter serves to ask a few questions regarding the slow & no change in transformation in the workplace.

I would like you to start investigating a Company called The Creative Counsel there offices are based in Sunninghill, Johannesburg, GP. This Company is a Marketing Company representing a lot of big Brands in South Africa including your company. This Company still uses the “old yard stick” of apartheid in the Work Place, where black people can never be equals to whites.  I urge you to investigate this companies sweat shop conditions they offering there Black Employees. Our Country has the best of Acts in place to avoid discrimination, but one of the biggest injustices was to include white women into the Employment Equity Act, this allows Companies like these a platform to not comply to the Act yet stay with-in the law as per scribed by the Act.

This Companies Management consist of White Women, who’s believes are no black person is good enough to handle there clients accounts, even when there Client’s target market is black. A mandate was given to there H/R that only White Afrikaner ladies are short listed for the Customer Facing Positions & Senior Management positions. Any black person that happens to slip through the system, are quickly frustrated & discredited. These white women are a law into themselves; they spit fire at any black person wanting to behave as equals. They make no secret of there mandate either, for lower-end Promotions R140.00 p/day, the best category black promoters must be called, No Black Promoter has ever been invited on a R1000 a day Promotion. Our Youths are treated like wild animals when they come for promotions; they insulted, cursed at & threatened all the time. All the Black Office Staff was transferred to the Call Centre 2months ago; they are only good enough to be “runners” for the White Madams.  All black people are continually under suspicion of wrong doing. I ask myself why these big companies are not asking the right questions before giving contracts to this company. Or do these companies share the same value system?

This company is listed on all the websites for not paying there promoters, ill-treating there staff & running a sweat-shop, yet nothing is done, why Mr. President why? I have included the owners of the company in the cc list, (not expecting a responds)

    If theres one campaign manager who can be give a reward 4 not paying her promoters ,  hmm that would definately be Miranda , every promoter i've met at the company knows the lady and they do not want work 4 her , a friend of mine did a promotion for Miranda in May 2012 and even now shes not  paid yet  and if she thinks this is Zimbabwe  shame sista ull leave with your bags , stop that bad habit. plz

        Hello Anja, i would like you to specify as to the kind of people that you guyz want to work for you, so that it can be clear and out in the open for others not to even attempt. Why I'm saying this is because some of us use money to get to sunninghill JHB and are turnned back like dogs, we end up using money that we could have bought food or gone to school with.

        The sad part of it all u find white people hopping into trainings end up not even pitching up for work and get a call in the morning as a replacement u end up being payed way less money that they were to get from the campaing. They dnt write test and they get first preference and truely balck girls are being treated like  dirt just because of their skin coloure.

        And being honest blacks will never succeed, we myt hve a black president but white people will always  rule the world no matter how we look at it opression will never come to end until we start respecting ant treating each other equly

    Hahaaha I thot I was da onli 1 wit dat problem, nd I thot tcc jhb was better dn dbn I guess I was wrong...

    Dnt think I'll eva work 4 dis company, I did a campaign nd didn't gt paid mind u I did checkers pyntwn nd I'm frm umlazi. Meaning I wasted my own cash nd time 4 ntn!!!

    Wow I'm soooo disappointed in the company,since I'm done with my matric I was thinking of being a promoter just for some extra cash,but with all your warnings,I'm having second thoughts.

      Wow, I'm really stunned hey. Not long ago me and the other girls got short messages from TCC the message read "evening, you are all invited for a lifebuoy promo training starts at 10:30 and you are welcome to come with your friends" ok firstly 10:30 my foot we waited there until 11:30. Then they started with the screening and all that. Some girls were told that they were too thick and others were told that their skin is not clear enough! But what pissed me off is that when they ran out of excuses they asked every one to leave by giving us some lame excuse "hey guys if you have never worked for TCC please leave,we only need people who have worked with us" . I mean like really now...these are the same people who told us we can bring our friends along. what I'm saying is that TCC really exploits people. It cost about R50,00 to go there, imagine spending your last R50,00 just to be told you too thick, your skin is not clear enough and all that. This needs to stop!!!

      I'm glad u gal hv exposed Tcc 4 who dey are, I thought I was da only who experienced da problems mentioned above, it not only Tcc dat does dis XP squared dey also based in GP, dey campaign manager who is based in Durban is so rasict she can't even help it, she treats black lyk dogs pretending 2 lv dem, the company does pay on tym but da campaign manager give well paying jobs 2 indians or coloured, she takes all black pppl and put dem in far stores, we are humans not matter wat our colour skin might be, we are equal in gods eyes

      Hi there, I also worked for tcc and the latest product I was promoting was lurpak butter. I asked when was the campaign ending and they didn't specify so I went there to collect stock and I was told that the campaign was no longer running they didn't even call or sms to notify me,

      They don't pay promoters but they work in such a big beautiful building#jhb offices,I work for provantage and the less paying job there is 200 and they pay us well if you are not paid you remind your manger and the following month you get paid and we are also on first name basis with our managers we interact with them we are just one big family

      Oh my word. . This has to be the height of stupidity. . Well, for one, if you can't speak English properly, i highly doubt you'll be chosen for a campaign since it's based on your selling skills. Who the f%&* wants to listen to a promoter in store who can't even string together a proper sentence in English.

      And then there's the whole "too thick and don't have clear skin" (-_-) i mean . . Really?! Do you really expect them to order a whole new uniform for you cause you're too fat?! Dude seriously. .

      Don't have clear skin? Well HELLOOO who wants to listen to a promoter who has bad skin? Because 1.) Consumers won't listen to what you're saying because they're too busy being distracted by those mini mount Everests on your face and 2.) If it's a beauty campaign, are consumers really gonna believe what you're saying when your own skin looks like shít . .

      Seriously guys wake up. This is the 21st century. S€X SELLS. Whether you want to believe it or not. . Or like it or not! Consumers are more likely to listen to and purchase from an attractive person. That is why TCC has specific requirements. Most of those requirements are implemented by the clients and not TCC.

      If you want a quick job where they're not hiring you for your looks and social skills, then go apply to be a cashier at some supermarket.

      Guys come on. Wake up! They're using you for your looks and you're using them for their money! Accept it because that's the truth. If you're not gonna honour that unspoken requirement. . Don't expect them to honour your requirements in return. And! expect them just to hire you because your "personality is great"

      The racism card is really getting old.. Get over it.
