Site "www.bigcity.in/indiatoday/holiday " is not responding at all

I have purchased agt. my I.D. 880000854 provided by India Today book Club.I got activated my Unique Promotion Number & I received my HOLIDAY VOUCHER NO. & They asked me to log on to www.bigcity.in/indiatoday/holiday so as to get activated my HOLIDAY VOUCHER NO.,but This site is not opening at all. I was under the impression that India Today will send me directly to me their gift vouchers, but to my surpirse at the end they told me to go to this site. After several attemp I am unable to get this site.Every time when I contact on their customer care they told me they will inform soon,but till date i am unable to find any solution,neither i got my HOLIDAY VOUCHER NO. activated due to site problem.Can any body from "India Today Club " tell me what is the solution for this or all this is FRAUD with the customers of India Today Club.

In regards to redemption of the Movie/lunch buffet voucher no. PLL7913298 , I’m facing problem.
as line goes engage evertime.
I have already register via SMS on phone on 09.04.2011
After that received message to call at 18001034850 to redeem your experience .
But I’m trying this no. from last week but same message come
i.e “ All routes to the dialled destination is busy at moment , plz do call later”

I have tried conacting your office for provision of Air ticket which was promised to be in the offer. My ITBC numbe ris 10318637. I have done the necessary procedures and have sent the letter by ordinary post to the mentioned adress appx 2 months back but I have yet to receive the air ticket.

I have sent the booking request form for a final date 13 & 14.8.2011 alongwith DD of amount 800/- (DD No. 910233 source bank ING Vysya Bank) on 18.6.2011. I have talked to the customer care executive several times, i was told that I will get a call from the booking department.But nearly two months i am chasing again and again to get the confirmation but i haven't received any satisfactory response. whenever i call the customer care no of big city it took around one hr on hold, the responso too is not stisfactory. Kindly let me know whether I could get the confirmation or not.
