Got a call from Richard King from United Processing Services, They wanted  to make sure I would be home to except a legal document they were trying to deliver about my lawsuit. When I asked What the lawsuit was about, they replied “oh if you don’t know about the lawsuit then we cannot deliver it”, and I had to call a number , 844-816-8127, and they gave me a case number, CCR233859. When I asked what address they planned on  delivering it to, they said they couldn’t Talk to me about it until I called the number.    He got a little pushy and told me I had to call the number he gave me and he couldn’t discuss anything until then. Then he hung up the phone.

I just got a call about the same exact thing!  Call came from a Florida number 904-677-9163.  Told me I had to call within 2 hours, same phone number to call though I had a different case number.  Did you call the number?  Just curious!

This just happened to me to.... Got the same call and was told pretty much the same thing it scared me really bad I got home called the 844-816-8127 number with a case number of APR to 46280 and also even called me by my full name but when I called the 844 number I sat on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up and I looked up the number and seen these complaints so I guess I won't put too much thought into this

Call your State Attorney General's Office and report it so they can have a legal right to catch them.

Just got the same thing! Obviously a scam, but made me mad because my daughter answered the phone and it scared her. I tried calling the original number and it suspiciously went to a voice mail box that was "full".

Just received a call from a Richard King from United Processing Center. He stated that their were several complaints filed against me and I would need to call #844-816-8127 and gave me a reference # CRZ219409..... obviously he had no information about it. Just to make me aware that I only had 2 hrs to contact number before further action was taken against me. I told him I would be forwarding to local police department for investigarion. He said their wasnt time for me to do that before I am taken into custody. Oh what a joke this one was. This is 2nd time. Scarey thing he called me by name.

Said to call 844-816-8127 and reference file # CMR244612.
    ITS A SCAM PEOPLE.

I received a phone call from 904-677-9163 from a guy claiming his name was Angel Hernandez from United Processing Services, also claiming he was to deliver some legal paperwork. I cut him off in mid-sentence and asked for his name, which he steamrolled over three times before I asked him to enunciate properly. Then I asked for a company website, and he said they didn't have a copay website up yet. Then I said I need a phone number for your company so that I can verify I am speaking with a legitimate business. He hung up on me. You see, the thing is, if anyone wanted to deliver legal paperwork to you, all they had to do was either send via registered USPS mail or a sheriff, who believe me, would not call you ahead of time to alert you of the delivery. These scum bags are pathetic.

I have received several phone calls on my work line stating that they will be sending a local officer to my home or place of employment to serve papers and/or arrest me. She would not answer any of my questions regarding my "debt", and when I asked what addresses they have listed for me, she stated "you should know that". I told her to stop calling my work number, and to send a certified letter stating my debt, and then I would take care of it. She let me know that she absolutely would not stop calling, and that I was in no position to make demands about mailing letters or phone calls, and then she hung up on me.

I just got the same call
I didnt bother calling back, sounds like a scam.
If you infact have a debt not paid they are not ALLOWED by law to harass you.
If you infact owe a old/current debt.
They company must 1st send you statements. Even a certified letter.
    BLOCK THE NUMBER.
There is a process they must go thru to collect.
    Do your research!!!
So fall for threatening calls & letters.
Contact an attorney for tour options.

I got the same info...process server trying to confirm my availability which sounded fishy from the start. Process servers do not try to make an appointment. They gave me a # 1-866-312-4302 and told me to call them for more info which I did call. TCG & Associates picked up and forwarded me to a Jason Edwards who then proceeded to tell me I owned money to Chase Manhattan for a $2,500 delinquent account at Providian Bank. He then proceeds to tell me my DL#, address, mother's address and is aware I don't have any judgements, liens or foreclosures on my credit and is sure I will want to handle this before it goes to court. I haven't taken any cards out since 2007 and know if this debt is mine it is too old to collect on since Fl statues of limitations on debt collections is 5 years. I searched my name in my local clerk of court's site and nothing pulls so for now I'm going to block their calls and contact my State Attorney's office with a complaint. Debt collectors are suppose to inform you that they are trying to collect a debt, they are not suppose to threaten or advise you that you will be served!
