Got a call from Richard King from United Processing Services, They wanted  to make sure I would be home to except a legal document they were trying to deliver about my lawsuit. When I asked What the lawsuit was about, they replied “oh if you don’t know about the lawsuit then we cannot deliver it”, and I had to call a number , 844-816-8127, and they gave me a case number, CCR233859. When I asked what address they planned on  delivering it to, they said they couldn’t Talk to me about it until I called the number.    He got a little pushy and told me I had to call the number he gave me and he couldn’t discuss anything until then. Then he hung up the phone.

I have been seeing the number 212 212 0000 on caller ID for days.  UPS is the name.  Just called again and I answered.  Same thing, some guy asking me if I received anything in the mail. Told him no and what is it about.
I asked again, what is this about. Um, I am just reading the notes.  You need to call this number and use a case number for the info.  I hung up, he immediately called back, huffy voice and told me he would be reporting my actions to the authorities "because you are being so helpful" -and hung up on me.
I try calling the number back and it's a busy signal.

twice now this moron has called looking for my son.  States his name, but mumbles the last name, and said he's from United Processing Service.  He will be out tomorrow at home or his employer to serve papers, and if he refuses to sign them he will be placed on a direct refusal and be in default.  Stated a Judge Canin will penalize him to the full extent!  He called from (716) 382-7719 and the number to call back was 888-313-0084.  He even gave me a case number which i looked up in the county and state where we live and it's a case number from about 4 years ago, not even my son's.  If a creditor is going to try and collect, first they are going to send letters, and then call you, they don't immediately get a processor to come swoop on you. Secondly, you don't get a warning about being served, they just do it. These people try and badger you into paying for something that may or not be yours, a total scam!  ALSO, it's against the law for them to leave such detailed information on a phone that they have no idea belongs to my son or not.  My phone message does not mention my name at all, it's just a standard message from the phone company, they can not call family members and leave incriminating information.  I will be reporting to the Attorney General's Office.

I received a call from a private number saying his name was Tony Roberts and he was looking for my husband. He said he was an independent courier and someone has filed a civil complaint against my husband he didn't know who or why but gave me the phone number 832-225-3679 and a case number and said as long as my husband calls by 3pm tomorrow he wont be subpoenaed. I called the number and a guy named George Miller answered the phone and at first he wouldn't tell me what company he was with. I had to give him the case number first which I did then he told me the name of the firm he was with and that a case has been brought to them against my husband. Then he gave me the last four of my husbands social and said it was from a debt from a bank overdraft from 2010 I said not possible because he didn't have that account in 2010. Then he said well the account was closed in 2008 and said he owed over $900 to this bank and he said they sent correspondence to two old addresses. I said no they didn't and he said the bank isn't responsible for tracking down my husband and said they did their due diligence and I said this doesn't sound valid. He said well its up to your husband how he wants to handle it but if he doesn't call us then you can wait for the subpoena and then he hung up on me.

Yes, I received a call today from Mr. Jerry Page. Jerry has received a “complaint”, and I have been “summoned” by the “plaintiff” to attend court. He plans to deliver documents that require my signature on Friday, March 8th 2019 between the hours of 3-5p. In the words of SpongeBob SquarePants, “Good luck with that!”

Got a call today. Ive been having a pretty [***] year, I thought "what the hell, lets add to it". I called the number they gave me with a case number. They found an old bank, i havent been with in 15 plus years. told them that the bank was bringing a suit against me. Im pretty adept at knowing my own credit history. So, immediately i said, "they can sue me...im calling my lawyer". NO LIE, in 1/2 a second they hung up. SCAM!!!!

I just received a call from a unknown number. They said they were United Processing and they asked for my husband by his full name. They stated that he was going to be served papers the next day because there are several complaints filed against him. She also confirmed our address he was to served at and it was our address but it was an old one from 13 years ago. She would not give me anymore info than that. She said the actual complaint and company information was on a sealed envelope in which she could not open. I got her name and number and told her I would have him call back. He called back and they had his dob which they had him confirm but then I told him to hang up because it could be a scam. I’m not sure what they are trying to get from him but be careful. They also called my mother in law as well.

I just received a call from an unknown number. The caller identified herself as Ashley Smith with United Processing re: a law suit against me. This made absolutely no sense, as the caller ID read "unknown" I told her she had the wrong number and hung up.

This United Processing idiot have started on me and my family. So far my daughter, who refused to give them any info, other than she was my child and then called my husband. They told him that this was a credit card charge off. The debt was under a name I haven't had in 15 years. They told him it was from Chase bank and then gave him the old card number !!! He said that they even called HIS employer (illegal in Texas) and caused his employer to call him and threaten HIS job!

So Allisa Scott called me (from a Zephyrhills Phone 813-364-2165) saying the same thing they tried serving me twice before and last time was Friday? I was home Friday so yeah no you didn't. then said  I had to call 888-839-0406 and she will hold up the serving for a an hour to call that law firm handling the case. Gave me the case number. I said who are you? She was smiling, you could tell and said sir I told you I am Alissa Scott. I said that means nothing who are you with she said United Processing Ser and stopped never completed the Services and changed mid word. I told her she is rambling and this sounds like a scam. Typical scam responses where they turn it back on you that you are rambling and she hung up. Called State Attorney Ashley Moody and left it on a voice mail with all the numbers. I doubt they will do anything but figure I will try and save someone from being a victim.
