Hi Team,
I am using Micromax X802 phone with India Airtel # 9599094753. Recently I came to US but somehow my phone is not finding any signals and showing no service since then. I do not want to receive any calls or anything just want to receive messages as enrolled in banking and suppose to get OTPs.
Please suggest.

I have an Airtel number which does not work in Michigan US.
The number is +919430776817.
It does detect AT&T and T mobile but fails to register. I mailed to the email id that you provided but there was no reply.

I am facing this issue since mid April.
I am facing the same problem as Paramjeet mentioned above. I have a MI Redmi phone. I have already emailed to airtelpresence@in.airtel.com. Please let me know what can be done.

Has your problem been solved I am facing the same problem with my airtel sim.
Was your problem resolved? If so, how? I'm facing a similar issue. Suddenly my airtel network service is gone.
I have changed to smart phone and it started working. So we are good for now.
Just curiousto know is there any phone level restriction there which I am not aware of and only smart phone works.

So mostly all the above users (even me) were on that 2G. So best is to try the sim on a Iphone 6 s/ 7s.
Else, simply search for networks manually. Then it would find "AT&T CDMA" and select that. It worked for me. Not sure how GSM sim/phone connected to "WCDMA" mode. Still some quick thought.

i have a normal sim ,due to this my network not showing..please let us know how to resolve it
I have a Airtel Prepaid number from India which I have brought to USA. On switching ON it does not detect any network though searching manually I can see ATT and T-Mobile network but on selecting it always says No service and does not work. Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue. I am using Iphone 5.
