I'am being charge Rs 40 initially and then Rs 5 everyday saying i'm being renewed for #gamesmaniasubscription ofsubsription live cricket on mob tv from airtel. http://airteltv.co.8080. Please deactivate it fast. My number is 9600672430

    I had called up Airtel to deactivate the gamesmania subscription today 31st May 2011, i have been given an SLA of 14th July to get it deactivated!! I am not sure if any subscriber would be happy to wait for 1.5 months for a service deactivation!

    I have been getting charged Rs.5 per day since 16th June 2011 for GamesMania subsription. I have never subscribed to this site. I have no idea how it is activated. Whenever I call airtel customer care they reply me back that I have subscribed for it. My Airtel Live is active. I told them that I am not using Airtel Live. But they don't listen to me and cut the phone directly. I am very much upset. Yesterday I have been charged for Rs.99, and received message that I have downloaded some game. When I checked for it, I have not downloaded any game but still got charged for it.

    What to say now? Is airtel trying to deceive their customer? if this continues then what that customer should do?

    From last week onwards my account balance is deducting Rs.5 every day for games mania, but i have not made any subscription for that. I talked to the customer care regarding this issue, always they are telling that we will deactivate this games mania service in 24 hours and from next time onwards no deduction will be there.

    Till now the problem is not resolved, daily amount is deducting from my balance.

    This is my kindly request to stop that service, or can anyone suggest me how to deactivate this service from my mobile.
