I'am being charge Rs 40 initially and then Rs 5 everyday saying i'm being renewed for #gamesmaniasubscription ofsubsription live cricket on mob tv from airtel. http://airteltv.co.8080. Please deactivate it fast. My number is 9600672430

    This is Pankaj Bisane and i am Airtel prepaid user from last 6-7 Yrs.

    From last week onwards my account balance is deducting Rs.5 every day for games mania, but i have not made any subscription for that. I talked to the customer care regarding this issue, always they are telling that we will deactivate this games mania service in 24 hours and from next time onwards no deduction will be there.

    Till now the problem is not resolved, daily amount is deducting from my balance.

    This is my kindly request to stop that service, or can anyone suggest me how to deactivate this service from my mobile.

    I find I too have been charged ; – I find everyday there is Rs.5 charged from 5th Dec to 19th Dec in my latest bill

    For example
    19/DEC/2011 01:34:26 SubsServ_GamesMani

    I have already written to '121@in.airtel.com'
    I called 121 and spoke to Venu Gopal - call is disconnected without giving any expalination

    Stop this non-sense at the earliest

    i have been charged for gamesmania and kannada mov mms and being charged 5rs and 2 rs respectively everyday itreied calling 121 and it was waste has it came no sevices activated to my number..
    so please if you could help me to deactivate these offers it would be nice...

    I am facing the same issue since last 5 months. Whenever I receive my bill I had to talk with the customer service and they always refund the money and they say that it will not happen next time but every month since last 5 months(actually I have started checking my bill from 5 months only) I am keep getting charged and then refunded for Airtel Live app subscription. Last month it was some video vougue service and this month it is games mania but the story is still the same.
