There are many such "health product" scams, offering "free trials" for only "shipping and handling" and when they get your credit card number, they start running through as many charges as they can get away with.

Contact your credit card company immediately to report the fraudulent charges and block that card.  Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charges, sent to your bank's dispute address so they get it in less than 60 days of the statement showing the disputed charges, to preserve you federal FCBA dispute rights.

These people are truly fraudulent and need to be held accountable for the internet scam they are carrying out! My account has been charged $88.97 by so called Ivory Brites; as well as $9.99 twice by Axis Wellness Portals, all after simply authorizing payment of S & H for the trial teeth whitening product advertised.  When I called to request a refund, I'm told they could only cancel my "membership", but I would have to email some ficticious email address given to request the refund.  Of course, the email was returned because it is fake.  Is there anyplace they could be reported for action to be taken against them?  They should not continue to get away with this "highway robbery"!!!

I too have been taken by these ripoff artists. It is pretty gross what they have managed to get away with. Their advertising is very deceitful, and they must hire totally unconscious idiots who really don't care that they are working for scam artists. So far I am out the $9.99, plus I've been told I'll get a "half refund" for the original $88.97.

Looks like I too fell for this scam. I ordered a free sample from Dentech whitening and ended up with $88.97 in charges PLUS $9.99 for this Axis Wellness Portal. I contacted my credit card company today and filed a dispute against these [***]!

i, too, fell for this.  i was shocked when i got a month's supply from dentech.  i immediately cancelled my "subscription" and then asked for an RMA to return the month's supply.  they refused to provide an RMA and pointed me to the terms and conditions.  the terms and conditions state that any time you're not satisfied, you can return the unused portion and receive a full refund.  so, i e-mailed again, told them i wasn't satisfied and wanted to return the product and presto, an RMA was provided and my credit card has been credited the full amount.  takes more work than it should, but it can be done.

So by what you all said, these thieves have already done this a million times with all of innocent ppl. And they get away with it. Is there anyway we can file against them ? I believe there has to be a way to contact those [***]. Since its not right to take the money from ppl who've been working hard and earned it up.

I just called them and recorded them on my phone but I kept calling and complaining about their service and she finally gave in and said she will give me my full refund for all the products so I recorded her saying everything about my full refund and other thing because they charge my account three time 88.97 9.99 57.97 so I will keep calling until the i see it back in account or they will get sued even if the amount is small, i wonder if I could report them to the business bureau

Also was sucked in to the scam.  I don't remember where I saw the blog, but some claim from someone from my hometown no less, found the secret to whiter teeth with the combination of dentech and dazzle white....I fell for it, and am socked for $88.97, and $9.99 from the axiswellness site.  I called and cancelled the subscription to all of the sites, but have started the hassle to get my money back.  I also took the precaution of blocking the card I used to pay for the shipping.  At least I won't be seeing anything else pop up on my bank statement from these thieves.  If someone actually knows some way to stop this insanity, and deceitful practices of these companies, I would sure like to put my story out there.
