They take an innocent subject like teeth whitening and apply whatever charges they want to your credit card under various different companies
such as axis wellness portal and max white teeth and my whitening, when you try to cancel you get some total jerk in india they have hired to do their dirty work, I intend to put them out of business and in jail!

These people are definitely scammers.  The poor representatives that answer the phone are so unaware of what they are involved in.  Why are they even associated on Yahoo.  We should all have done our homework before falling pray to these people.  I had to cancel my credit card to prevent any more hidden charges appear.

I thought I was smarter than this.  I got suckered too!  Not only did they hit me up for the $88.97 and the $9.99, but my account is now overdrawn and I'm being charged $30 for NSF!!  What!?!?!?!?

I hate to have to go through the headache and hassel of cancelling my card, but what choice do I have.

Mastercard just called me to ask about these charges...

because you accept the samples, they will not consider this FRAUD.

Now I have to go through a whole process to get this off my card.

    RIPOFF AND FRAUD

I learned that my credit card company is taking this off my account and issuing me a new card because of the fraudulent activity.

However, I am also writing about this, and the other similar companies to the attorney general, as suggested above, and which every consumer effected should do.

Man it boggles me how these jerks can get away with this.  I feel for everyone who has gotten taken by these dishonest rats.  I really want to do something about this.  I was also charged 9.99 and 88.87.  What can we do?  If I don't ever get my hard earned money back,  I hope our Good Lord sends these cowards a message!  In his way!

I am also a victim of this "free" offer for a teeth whitening product.  I both emailed and phoned and I'm waiting to hear from them in the next 24 hours. Finally, I called my credit card company and they have been directed to not pay any additional charges from this company, Axis Wellness Portal.com. It will be interesting to see if I get an email back from them.

How did you get in touch with them to request a refund? Is there any way short of canceling our credit card to deal with them? I, too, am thinking of contacting the Attorney General of Calif. to complain about this obvious scam.

be carefull about recording someone without telling them. you could be charged with wire tapping in which is a fed. felony

Try calling Office of Thrift Supervision. They deal with consumer protection laws. 800 842 6929

Today, I become another victim of this organized crime on web by the following companies.
    www.thewhiteteeth.com
    www.orthowhite.com
After I received the trial product trial product and someone from this company called me to confirm that I received the product and trying to enroll me in. I asked them to cancel it as i am not interested in using this trail product.

    9/2/09 thewhiteteeth.com charged me $89 and orthowhite.com charged me $78.41
for which I did not receive anythig.
I called them today and explained about my reques to cancel it.
They did not process my request and telling me they can only cancel my account but NO REFUND.

This is truly a RIP-OFF, someone should take action on these companies and stop and punish them.

I have been dupped by Ivory Brites as well as My Whitening.  They send you the free samples then bill you the postage then send a second package billing you for both $88.97 & 83.92under another two separate company names.  What i did was go to my bank and talk to the Bank's Fraud line there and they will reverse the charges to your accounts there if and when you can prove that you have returned the product.

They got us through www.healthwellnessportal.com. The charges came out to 13.99 MCR*HEALTHWELLNESS 866-9739838 CA for the 'privilege' of accessing their website, AHW*ATHOMEWHITENING 800-8760107 CA for 88.98 for one of the teeth whitening products, and SUP*TEETHWHITE 877-2926892 OH for 79.95, all under the CLEANWHITES label.

Watch out! This is a scam! If you don't cancel your automatic enrollment into the 'club' you will be billed monthly for these products! And for the privilege of using their website www.healthwellnessportal.com.

    Buyer beware!!

I have had to cancel my Visa and dispute the charges. I have also requested an RMA through the support@healthwellnessportal.com email address. So far I have only received an automatic acknowlegement that they received my email.
