I just received a call from this number this morning. I have no idea who this is, and why they're calling me. I googled the number and links came up about scams all over the place.

That is seriously scary, I wonder if MACY's knows anything about it and if so, what are they doing to protect their customers...I owed Macy's 20 bux and am getting called constantly with no messages left by this (513)# and just paid it in the store...If it is a scam misrepresenting Macy's, they should warn their credit card holders...they only ask me to open one up every time I shop there!

i keep getting calls repeatedly and voicemail messages indicating that "important business matter" they are full of crap! they called me to say that i was late on a payment and i had paid 2 weeks prior!

They keep calling for my wife. They won't tell me why they are calling, who they are. They just say it is business. MY WIFE IS A STAY @ HOME MOM! She has no business... so I just "Jerk around" with them on the phone now. I tell them stories, I read from a book, I even flush the toliet! LOL

From what I understand this is a legit company. They are a collections agency for Macy's. That being said, they are rude, ignorant of the collections laws put in place to protect consumers, and they have no clue what they are talking about. I am on a debt management program which means they are legally not allowed to call me. They called both me and my mother about 10 times a day for a month straight. I had my laywer contact them and it stopped the calls for a couple of months. Then they started calling me again saying that I owed money on a different account under my maiden name. I never opened a new account under my married name, so they are full of crap. I have never given them any of my account or personal information. They have already called me twice today and it is Sunday. I am going to have my laywer contact them again. If you do owe money I recommend that you call Macy's customer service. Also there is something called the Fair Debt Collections Act http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre18.shtm. I reference that everytime they call.

Been calling my house up to 4 times a day for a month now. I don't answer the phone for anyone I do not know. I have never shopped at Macy's online or in person and never will considering the bs calling at early am and late pm. I finally got fed up and called the 513-573-8739 and talk to a guy from India. He couldn't even find my number in the system. He said he would write a note to take me off the list. They also have the number 727-566-5772 which keeps calling my house non stop for 2 months now. I called the 727 and talked to an American guy. He asked my number and name. He couldn't find me in the system either. He said he was going to take it into the office and ask I be taken off. Both guys were polite to me. Hopefully they get me off the list and I can put my ringer back on. If I keep getting calls. I will be posting again. Call them up and let them know you want off the list. If you have a Macy or Bloomingdales account. You may have a late bill. That's the impression I got from the ordeal. That's all I know..Good luck.

Apparently, if you're late on a payment (and we're talking, like, days and not weeks), not only will they harass you multiple times a day, but also anyone in your family who also has an account. They called my parents who live across the country for 2 weeks without stating who they were or who they were looking for, until the very last call when my mother started yelling at them. Because of this, the main contact number on my account was changed to their number. I called and freaked out at them to take that number off, and they did. I also told them to specifically note that I had made a payment that was to be posted on a certain day. EVEN STILL, they called me TWICE today within a 4 hour period because there is a balance. I also find it incredibly shady that they insisted on asking for my info instead of confirming the info they already have. I've had this account since 2004 and I have NEVER been contacted/harassed this much about late payments. The crappy economy is unleashing the sharks. Unbelievable.

I have gotten 3 phone calls today from them and I already paid my macy's bill. I find this rude and do not appreciate being harrassed by whomever these people are. It is very irritating to be getting so many calls on my PERSONAL cell phone.

If I don't recognize the number on Caller ID as someone I know, I will not answer the phone...ever. They are wasting their time calling me.

I also get many calls from this number.I called Verizon wireless and they put a block on that number for me.If there are enough calls to the FCC.Maybe they will do someting about it.

They call me pretty much every day, multiple times. I do not answer if the number is not known to me. Today is Jan. 1st and it's barely passed 10 AM...I had 2 calls from them. I do have a Macy's account and I am delinquent on it. However, today is a legal holiday (at least in the US.

I have been getting calls from this number as well for the past month. They call at every hour in the day. It is Saturday and they just called at 8:00AM. I thought these numbers can't call before 9am and can't call after 8pm. I have been getting late calls up to 11pm at night. I just don't answer a number I don't know. They better stop or I will be taking action. This to me is harassment. Who can we got to to stop this harassing, which they do it on a daily basis? This is getting out of hand. Someone needs to do something legally. I know I owe money to Macys, but I already paid my bill. Which my bill is not due til next month. So they better stop or else I will be doing something about it!

today is February 3rd...i got calls from this number also...i never answer numbers i don't recognize either...but i do have a family member who's job takes them all over the country--so to be sure i was not ignoring this family member, i googled the number too and found this site...i, however DON'T have a Macy's card so this is baffling to me...please could we find out who this is and put a stop to this madness? i consider this to be a form of harassment also baffles me is that i listed my number on the "do not call" registry under the impression that those kinds of calls should be made to me in the first place...per your instructions...im reporting this as an "unwanted" call.
