Again recieving calls from this caller real nut job on other end keeps insisting i sell my property this time i didnt answer him he kept on ranting about hes claiming hes property this time there were two people ron lind and vince malizita.

    You're right not to answer.
    No reason to feed his mania or psychosis, or whatever it is.
    Still doesn't know the difference between whether you own or rent the property.
    If he were really in real estate, even a local crook, he should know how to just look that up.
    Doesn't sound like he is "organized".

    If you receive physical threats, contact your local police department to report them.

    Since he keeps using the same phone number, the area code and exchange place the number in Philadelphia PA.  Might also be a cell phone, or a VoIP number, in which case he could be anywhere.

    Any clues from your landlord?
    Has he been harassed as well?

      Have you checked with your state's Real Estate License Board, to see if there is even any Lind Realty, or a Ron Lind licensed to sell real estate?

      Ruling that out clarifies what you are dealing with.

    Are you listed in the phone book?
    If you search on your name on anywho.com, are you visible in the white pages?

    Did he call you and refer to you by name, without your disclosure of your name?
    Does he appear to know what your address actually is?
    Or is he just prank calling numbers in the area?

    These two males, "Ron Lind" and "Vince Malizita"?
    Any other males?
    Any females?

    If they continue to call, disclose no information, not your name, not your address.
    Ask them which property they are referring to.

    I had same number call for over a year asking about my property for sale i didnt respond other party sounded incohearent on other end pretty sicking call
