      You're right!  They should pay us to use their service in order to make amends for their terrible  treatment of customers. It's ok to make a dollar but not at the expense of mistreating others. Contract or not!

    I have been a metropcs customer for a few years now and their service is getting worse each month. I've not felt compelled to resond to a complaint site because the issues very resolved. Meteo pcs has run amuck and are totally out of control! We are consumers with a voice. Why do we tolerate treatment of this sort? It is irrelevant what company this is, be it Verizon, T-Mobile or what. Some call it a ghetto company but in chosing it, it does not make us ghetto, perhaps we are sick and tired of being charged an exorbitant amount of money by other companies, or we, like almost everyone else, are feeling what's happened with the economy. We have a right to shop for what we feel is the best deal and not be rippped off in the process. It's our right to chose and we shouldn't be belittled by other customers because of our choice nor should we be treated with such blatant disrespect by our company of choice to whom we pay money for a service. Metropcs has no right to prevent us from visiting other sites, has to make good on their products, warranties, replacements, and everything else promised. If we allow them to continue on in this manner, then we do indeed deserve the type of treatment we are receiving. We need to call the FCC, who is responsible for correcting these types of violations and also the news media in order to call attention to this outrageous treatment. I don't care if you pay $30 for service, you are entitled to specific benefits with that package and should be so appalled as to do more than just vent on this site. I' m going to give it my best shot by calling the news media and contacting the FCC in order to see what measures can be taken in order to stop this. I refuse to sit back and just allow someone to do whatsoever they please to me and feel as though there's not a darn thing I can do about it. You know, this type of treatment is a lot like someone urinating on you and telling you it's raining, to which tou respond, duh, ok!! You know it's wrong but you deal with it. Yes, I will switch but I intend to switch fighting them. We have become entirly to complacent in allowing people to dictate how we should be treated. This is a disgrace!!!! Good luck with the handling of your problem.

    piss poor customer service, when you chalenge customer service on something they tend to hang up on you, ask for a supervisior guess what another hang up i tried for an hour and a half all ending up with calls being hung up with

    they are in violation of the do not call list metro pcs sends out unsolicited text messages all hours of the night but when you call to complain you are the bad guy

    still getting the unsolicited text message on metro phone have been dealing with lousy customer service i did the right thing and filed a complaint with my state attorney generals offic, the fcc and the ftc

    i have asked metro to stop this and they said for 1.00 a month you can i said to the idiot customer service guy that i should not have to pay for this

    i cant wait to get them in court

    MetroPCS sucks terrible, horrible customer service.

    For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.

    Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at http://SwensonStudio.com/MetroPCS.htm

    Well, I've read or try'd in vane to read all of Y'alls complaints. What I have summerized is that Y'all sound like a bunch of whinning, in-mature brats, that your parents or whoever raised Y'all, never spanked you on your bare butts or punished you for being SUCH WHINNING LITTLE BRATS!!!
     Y'all need to sit down, SHUT-UP and GROW-UP!!!! And learn some Am. English!!
    I've had it with T-Mobile and AT&T!!! And I love my Metro PCS phone and Service!!! I have no complaints!!!
    The only problem so far is trying to read Y'alls language! You've either never learned proper English or Y'all are still adolescents and spoiled rotten BRATS!!!

    now metropcs is t-movile . metro had a good service and a low rate. if you have enough money, you should be suscribed with a better company and you will have the highest bills you are crying for. with t-mobile you will have the same service as metro and the highest bills. now you will have real reasons to complaint

    False Advertisement -Metro PCS
    I purchased a phone from Metro PCS within their promotion period for the $50 rebate. On the rebate form, it clearly states that in order to qualify for the rebate, the purchase must be made before 4/1/13 which I bought my phone on 3/25/13.

    after I mailed out the rebate form to them and all. They told me my rebate status is invalid due to I DID NOT active my phone before 4/1/13. There is no where on the rebate form that indicates that I must active the phone before certain date. Plus, It took me 5 days to get my phone due to FedEx didn't leave any note for the 1st & 2nd deliver attempt. When I Finally got the phone , I was giving a round around by Metro PCS when I was trying to active my phone. First they told me I cant do it over the phone and must bring it to the store. Then, when I brought it to the store the next day after work. they said I need to call customer and active it. I was pissed off with the whole experience. I had Verizon for the past 10 years. they have the best customer service and they get your questions answered and problem resolved. I should have never switched to Metro PCS who is playing a SCAM!!! and they refuse to issue the $50 rebate that I am entitled to!
