I borrowed $300 from zip19 as a last resort to solve a financial pinch, and paid them per the agreement. After reading all of the complaints on here, I just wanted to say that I had the money in my account when I was supposed to, in fact, I even had it a day earlier, and they took out the amount they said they would on the date of my repayment, and I have not had any issues since then. I have been very diligent about watching my account after reading the complaints on here, but wanted to say that I did not have the experience others have had with them removing more funds or the wrong amount of money being taken out. They honored their side of the payment arrangement, and I honored mine, and things worked out.

    Zip19 has been a life saver for me especially during these financial hard times - they are accurate and good about taking the amount the commit to - plus they are not as expensive as some of these other payday advance companies - I will continue to use them as I need them.

      I agree!  They deposited the money on time so I should be ready to pay them back when I agreed to pay them back.  Their customer service is incredible and I will use them again!  Very reliable company!  How can anyone complain about paying them back what they agreed to pay back?  That is silly.  It is all clear in the agreement that you signed!

    I too have had loans with zip19 and had no problems whatsoever.  No fraud or unauthorized withdrawals from my account.  I knew what day they were taking the money out of my account and the amount.  It was there and they took there prearranged amount and not one dime more.  I think there rates are cheaper than most payday loans and when I talked to them on the phone they were very pleasant.  They are very upfront about the full amount being taken out and I don't feel misled or frauded in any way.  They helped me during a very bad time and I appreciate it.  They never called my work or even tried to garnish my wages.  There was no need I paid them as agreed upon.  Any company will be rude if you do not live up to your end of the bargain.

    I have used Zip19 several times when in a bind.  I couldn't believe how easy and hassel free it was.  Had my money in my account the next day!  I never had any issues with the withdrawl from my bank account.  They took the exact amount they told me and on the exact day they told me. I will continue to use them in the future as the need arises.

    Alicia, I usually get the money on the next working day when using zip19.com ... so far, they seem to be very fair.  

    A few months ago, I applied for a loan with zip19 but then didn't need it because I got money from somewhere else.  Anyway, I remembered they have a 48 hour cancellation policy ... so I emailed them and they charged me nothing to take the money back ... I thought that was nice

    They also seem to be cheaper than other payday loans ...

    i too have not had any problems with them and what they say they are taking out that's what they do.  They are actually the lowest inregards to fees.  I should know I am the payday loan queen.  I trying not use them as much but they are so convenient.  I would recommend them.

    I have used Zip19 many times without any problems. They withdraw only what they say, plus when borrowing I usually have the money in my account the next business day. I will continue to use them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I make a really good income but we got in bind due to my wife's cancer I have borrowed from here at least 10 times and they have been wonderful. Absolutely no scams or fraud just as agreement says.

    Thanks for the reassurance that this is a decent company to work with.  In a bind and need the money now...so I just applied and then I read the 'complaints' and got scared.
    Hopefully my experience will be similar to yours.

      i have been useing zip for a few yrs on an off too make ends meet, never any problems.the complaints you read are scamers themselfs and probaly trying to get over on a company in my opion that lives up to their agreement. Its called a payday loan wich means you pay them back the next time you get paid. Must complaints I have read where that they dont have a payment plan and take thier money on date you and them agree upon.(adaaaa) this company is no scam only the customers that are not reading the contract are ither to stupid or trying to scam them.

    I've used Zip19 when I was in a bind and too embarrassed to ask family members for a loan.  No problems here.  They put the money in my account t he next day and took they amount out on the day they said they would and even sent me an email reminder a few days before.  The fee is not bad compared to what my NSF fees would have been.  I would use this company again in needed

    I have been reviewing all complaints made about zip19.com I understand that there are those that are in a bind and lose their jobs, but the people that complain about claiming their is fraud in their account could be because they are applying to massive amount of things on the site, or just dont want to have to pay back the loans. I have had friends with Zip19.com that has been with them for years and have not had any complaints.  If you are going to take out a payday loan you have to understand that it is a short term loan and not meant to solve all your financial problems, most people end up in debt because they dont know how to manage their money. Once you learn to do that you should not need to continuously take out a payday loan, unless you need money quick and only once in awhile.

    I just applied and hope this is a legitimate company...I am in a big bind, I have a really decent job but had a big bill to pay and needed money for my kids trip...hopefully I'm not getting myself into a bunch of hot water..I read complaints and I read great things about this company.  I don't want them to call my employer to verify anything, the Lady on the phone stated that they would not....

    I just cancelled my loan because of everything I read. Did they deposit the funds in your account?

      they are liget and i have never had a prob. just use it when its all you got to cover your bills dont fall into the reloan reloan part be smart with your money and never borrow unless the cost of borrowing out ways the cost of your finacal issue.the company is a solid company and i have been useing them for about 3 yrs when an unforseen issues that i need fast cash till my next payday comes up. Its kept my cable on and my heat and my electric over the years on, i use it as a safety net when my money dont equal my bills that month. just be smart borrow what you can pay back.

    I have used Zip19.com about 5x now and have never had a problem. The interest per $100.00 is fair compared to many other temporary lenders.

    No problems here. I accually got behind and recently called to make
    payment arrangements and they were willing to settle for less than
    what was owed. Hightly Satisfied with the outcome.

    stacey i didn't know you could set up payment arrangements with them. i've been using zip19 for a while now but it seems like i can never get caught up as soon as my money gets taken out of my account i have to do a reloan the same day because then i am broke again. i will have to call them and see what i can do. thanks. besides that i never had any problems with them.
