I purchased 3 products, each with an advertised "after rebate" cost.  I submitted the rebate form, and was issued a discount on future purchases certificate via e-mail.  My Webster's Dictionary defines rebate as "refund after payment", not a discount on future purchases.  I requested a check by mail, and so far have been ignored.  I will write to them again, perhaps threatening to sue them.

    overcharged me on bathtub chair $39.99 -should  have been $25.99 could have brought same bed bath &beyoond for under $27.00 still waiting for mens gloves  sofasox  &credit for piece of junk electric heater i send back send back electric shaver  cost $26.99 got check back for $15.04 wheres the other $11.95 WE should all stop buying from this rip off company put them out of business show them what the people can do

    I bought something from heartland america in 2010 i think it was a bag of wheat penny's but not sure. It was 5 years ago... Now i get my bank statement and it shows 4/1/15 $44.98 debit. I see from other post its a renewal fee but 5 full years late and i don't even get these catalog's now. Last 1 iv seen was 2013. My 1st time on there website was today! And yet out of the blue i get a charge and when i call both #'s all i get is "where experiencing a high volume of calls or your calling not in office hours". Im calling at 11am and 1pm central time. To the bank i go tomorrow and if i even have to change my ckn# debit crd # cheaks and even banks i will. {question to the people doing research b4 you buy - will you be willing to change your banks, cards, checks 5 years later to save on something now? }                                            to hell with heartland america! To hell with the bbb!

    VERY RUDE Customer Service.  Will never order again from them.  14 minute wait for a rude customer service person to pick up and tell me that even though order was placed over a week ago, it MAY ship in next 48 hours.  When I asked why it took so long she got mad and when I asked if my account had been charged she told me to call the bank and hung up.  Called back and asked to speak to supervisor and was hung up on again.  3rd call got "TONY" who said he was a supervisor and was rude also, mocked my name and use very inappropriate speech.   NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
