Repetitive Scammin' Nuisance Calls!

I'm so tired of this! I'm disabled for the last 6 months, my Husband & I have been getting CONSTANT calls like this: Who/whatever it is, there's NOBODY on the line no matter WHAT. We're on the DNC list + have an Unlisted #. SO WHERE DO THESE WASTES OF TIME GET OUR INFO FROM? I've emailed 800notes.com about these daily/nightly calls from 888-424-4836/223-051-5100.
223-051-6400 (that come up UNKNOWN NAME). Donor Services at 310-444-2679 & the infamous 1-877-882-9396 ("Secure Loan"). So what good is being on the DNC list if these fools still manage to butt in!? It gives mr agita! NO MORE!

    Having seen one of these operations from the inside, I can tell you now that DNC lists are utterly useless. These companies operate using computer generated lists which are dialed by machines and only when a call is connected, do the human operators take over.

    If the company calling you is from within your country, then contacting local government can help with getting these companies shut down. The big problem starts when the cold calling company is based elsewhere in the world, as many are these days. It is sadly almost impossible to issue cease and desists on those responsible without gathering together sufficient numbers of "victims" and submitting them to an international governing body or government.

    Sadly this is one of the drawbacks to the "Modern Age" and will probably be with us for many years to come. As for the operation I witnessed from the inside, I made sure to leave them a parting "gift" that made an extremely long list of potential victims vanish overnight. Proudest moment of my working career.

    I get 6 to 8 calls daily 6 days a week from and UNKNOWN caller.  I'm on the do not call list and it does not seem to matter.  I'm getting so tired of getting these calls.  I have not been answering and they let it ring 6 to 8 times and then hang up and call back with in a minute and let it ring twice.

    number 253-246-8510 calls and noone answers when I pick up.I called back and hit number 9 at the messages promptoing to be removed from list,and they still call

    If a person calls from  an unknown name and unknown number can that person be calling from their own phone somehow?

    I have been having this issue for 2 weeks. Ive asked to be taken off the calling list that was over a week ago. Since I have asked the call have increased.  Yesterday I have 15 calls from Unknown, so far today, I woke up at 8am from 2 am to 8 am i already have 9 missed calls. I saved my calling histroy, but this morning each call is only 30 to 35 minutes apart. What else can I do, I have already change my number twice, its an unlisted number, I dont give my number to anyone or anything, im at my wits end.

    how about this one i get a call from a business who does not do outbound calls~ this happens once or twice daily and the phone company wont do anything about it ive traced and put on do not call registry and still keep getting calls, no will do anything and done everything except sue someone for harrassing me and my family daily. they also said i would have to pay for call rejection or phone number change and why should i,so inconvienced! any comments pleas reply to brentonwood11@yahoo.com  i really do need a resolution to this frustrating and annoying phone calls! thanks!

    I am on a no call list and at least three times a day we get calls.....how do I report them.

    I never got a nuisance call on my cell phone until I registered it on the do not call registry, now they are so frequent ,my cell is unusable.
     coincidence ?  FYI - followed instructions and I registered well over 30 days ago...  Thanks for nothing

    I'm continually teveoveng unknown calls. There's no details. So how do I stop them from calling.  Yesterday I received 12 calls. Please help.

    Who are these people and what is going on? Scammers of some sort obviously?

    For years, I haven't been bothered on my own personal and private cell phone.  I was on the Do Not Call List provided by our government.  This past week, I get 2-3 calls per day from all over the U.S. and Canada. I put each and everyone on by block list, but its always a different number with some foreign speaking, low wage salesperson. When I called to reactivate the Do Not Call List, the recording says I am already signed up since 2009. My other complaint is the Postal Service.  Now that I am older, and more responsible, my debts are paid off.  The hungry credit card companies are filling my mailbox everyday with lucrative offers.  Why should the American public see their forests knocked down to make paper for these wolves?  Can't the government step in and give us our privacy back?  While we're at it, lets conserve our forests also.

    I keep getting a call with a different number asking for the same name. how do I get it stop? sometimes they are within minutes from each other several times a day.
