My number is 9791209922. I did not activate any videopindw but I'm getting message like u activated and amount of rs.30 and rs.40 and rs.15
I'm recharging for 300 and in one month all the amount is gone..
I'm really fed up with airtel, Everything I have to call the customer care. But I'm not getting any valuable response... This is the way the customer is being treated by airtel.

      Yes it's true, unnecessaryly this adding more money in bill, I kept in autopay so I was not particular about the bill,but consecutively I am getting more bill amount, then I checked and realised.

      Please call customer support and check any service added to your account other wise we need to pay more.

    Hi my number is 8951362993.. Since from November onwards airtel looted my money and saying you have activated videopindw rs. 30 for 7days and Modelmaniaw rs 35 for 7days.. Total amount looted since from the date activated is rs.  520/-.. How this airtel is doing being an brand this is poor service they have did. I want my deducted balance to be back to my account. If I want to continue my service.

    My number is 7715837787. I had given this number to my friend. She did not activate any videopindw but in online account it is shown as activated and amount of rs.30 and rs.25 and rs.15 get deducted.
    Yesterday I had recharged full talk time of rs.110 and within 24 hours all the amount is gone.. Therefore I request you to kindly deactivate any value added service as soon as possible.

    I am also facing same problem with my no 9910880167. I have called to customer care 5-6 times and they always says it's not their service and it's auto flash add populated while we are using internet and I asked to the same as I have dual sim phone and another Sim Idea also there but that auto flash won't effect idea no. Only airtel is impacted with that flash ad. Then customer care executive had no answer and they simply says we are giving back your current deduction. But I don't want to call again and again for same issue. Need permanent solution for it else I will close this connection.

      I also got same activation of vidopindw activation ... I never subscribed and then is send a sms message to stop the service. My airtel number is 8527188881 ... Don't know why this activation happened without any reason

    My number is 8827832127 and i havent activated any video services from vediopindw but i hav been charged some 30₹ for it. I Have deactivated the thing and I would like my cash back!! This is really very annoying and frustating to see that you charge people for no reason.

    Airtel stop stealing monet from our pockets. You activated this for m too twice on 7415555989 and i dont even know what it is for but you guys grab it anyway. Deactivate it and refund

    My number is 8800154107 and i havent activated any video services from vediopindw but i hav been charged some 30₹ & 15 for it. I Have deactivated the thing and I would like money refunded back
    This is really very annoying and frustating to see that you charge people for no reason.

    Hi,

    Suddenly I saw "vediopindw" service has been activated on my phone without any of my interference or knowledge and Rs.30 has been deducted. For your knowledge... I don't have any internet package and don't watch any videos on my phone, better to say I never use internet on my phone.Then how come this is possible? Would I take this practice as one of your earning tactics?
    I want your intervention in this regard as early as possible and return my money back to my account. My phone no. 9903324883. I hope I will get back my money and wish you pay attention to your reputation.

    I have recharged for my Airtel number 9894792253 on 16th November 2016 . Without my knowledge and acceptance videopindw has detected rupees 30 twice . Please see to it and revert the amount back .

    Am in receipt of message from AirTel saying the account has been activated for VIDEOPINDW service on my mobile @ Rs.30 for 7 days which I haven't asked for. Not sure why AirTel is making such an effort when the customer has not asked the service to be activated. Also there is no response either from the SMS Stop Service or  call centre desk. Finally deactivated the service which i havent asked for with *121# and choosing options. Whatever may be the reason, it is not fair on the part of AirTel.
