My number is 9791209922. I did not activate any videopindw but I'm getting message like u activated and amount of rs.30 and rs.40 and rs.15
I'm recharging for 300 and in one month all the amount is gone..
I'm really fed up with airtel, Everything I have to call the customer care. But I'm not getting any valuable response... This is the way the customer is being treated by airtel.

    Before replying to any complaint why don't you explain to your customers what is videopindw service..Not even a single time you have clarified abt this service..

    My father number is 9989141275. He didnt activate videopindw as well. He is using a basic mobile which dont support any music or video. He lost 60rs so far. What is this non sense. Please refund the amount and stop this service.

    My no. Is 8009931230 and just now I have recharged with ₹50 and ₹30 has been deducted due to activation of VIDEOPINDW which I never activated plese stop this and return my money.....
    Can't talk to your C. Care service provider....

    I haven't activated any videopindw service, but I got a message last week saying that rs. 30 has been deducted. To add to this, this seems to be autorenewal, and same amount has been deducted this week too.  This is a serious issue and very irritating too. All the balance just gets evaporated because of this nonsense service. My number is 9944014492, and I want my money credited in my account again.

    i have never asked airtel to activate VIDEOPINDW.  I am just being robbed and harassed by airtel for nothing. Deactivate it immediately and the amount to my account. Dont take liberties and trouble people with unwanted deductions and messages.

    My number is 8126077665 and i havent activated any video services from vediopindw but i hav been charged some 30₹ for it. I Have deactivated the thing and I would like my cash back!! This is really very annoying and frustating to see that you charge people for no reason. I wish to port my number to jio.

      Yes, Airtel is activating videopindw to everyone I guess, I also got the same message that it's been activated in my phone, whereas I didnt, seeing the msg I sent a message regarding reactivation, and I got a message saying it's deactivated, by the next again I recieved a msg saying it's activated again, what a cheap way to loot money, Airtel stop doing all these stupidity...

      Yes, Airtel is activating videopindw to everyone I guess, I also got the same message that it's been activated in my phone, whereas I didnt, seeing the msg, I sent a message regarding deactivation, and I got a message saying it's deactivated, by the very next day again I recieved a msg saying it's activated, what a cheap way to loot money, Airtel stop doing all these stupidity...

      How can VideopindW services gets activated without the consent of the user. I have checked my bill and seen that it has been charged Rs30  4 times in the last billing cycle. How can I deactivate the services. Airtel should refund the money.

      I made an on line recharge (prepaid) for Rs.150 on 24/03/18 for my phone 9444604886. My bank account has been debited but you have not effected the recharge. Several complaints have been made but to no effect.

      hi there. I'm really concerning about the same VIDEOPINDW .How this [***] activates without notice of any user and taking all our reserved balance from account. Airtel is trying to rob customer's money. This is going on since 3-4 months ,why r you now looking inside all this fraud things that your consumers are complaining of repeatedly. You provided unlimited call plans that doesn't mean you will going to loot your consumers secretly.I need my deducted amount back .My number is 8527633442 and i need my complaint get resolved as soon as possible.

      Shame on your airtel for activating this service illegally and collecting money. You will be taken to consumer court soon if you do not block this service
