I had a call from Vacation Reservation Center giving away vacations package for $350, Orlando, Bahamas and Williamsburg, with refund of $100 in each place, condition; attending 1 hour time share meeting. We attended one in Orlando, it was more than 3 hours including waiting and we booked to stop in Williamsburg on the return trip.

After this pressure sales meeting in Orlando we decided to cancel the meeting in Williamsburg, cancelation charged another $50. Don't fall for this promised vacation, it is costly and unpleasant experience.

I was given # 866-605-8315 to call to cancel or book travel.  Told that I have 30 days to cancel for full refund. Originally told no booking fees, $109 for 4 days/3 nights in my choice of locations for up to 6 people, promised $50 visa card after attending 90 min presentation, plus a second vacation.  Confirmation information added $71 processing fee? total $180, still sounded great, but after all the negative reviews, I called to cancel, and got voicemail.  I left message.  Will try again tomorrow.  Better Business bureau says they've been in business 18 years?  But their website says it's been in business since 2004?  That's not 18 years?  I haven't seen the same number in any of the websites?

I should have known I would have problems. I believe the trip would be ok and understood the cancellation policy but I cancelled within hours of booking and the full amount was still deducted from my account and of course I have yet to recieve my refund. I spoke to someone on the 23rd of June who told me the refund was issued so when it had not posted to my account on the 27th I called back and spoke to Sherri who told me the refund was issued on the 26th (conflicting stories) I called back today 7-1-08 I spoke to a now very rude Sherri who told me "I don't lie check with your bank" and then hung up--they quickly took money they shouldn't have but are real slow to return the money!!!!!!!

Because I called to change my scheduled trip by one day, I was moved from a very nice resort to a shabby motel by TNT Resorts (Vacation Reservation Center LLC).  The woman who I spoke with, after calling for four hours trying to get help, was extremely rude to me, talking over me, interrupting, not letting me speak, etc.  She told me that I was lucky that they aren't charging me extra for causing them trouble in re-scheduling my vacation.  Now, I have to go to a shabby motel with my husband and I already have a bad taste in my mouth.  Not looking forward to this trip at all.  Beware of any deal that sounds too good to be true.

A follow up:  We did NOT stay at their shabby motel.  I cancelled my debit card account to avoid further charges that they threatened me with.  Then I filed a complaint with the BBB in Norfolk, VA and another with the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection division.  I recommend that anyone who gets ripped off by any organization file complaints where something can get done.  Good Luck!

I too was ripped off by them - they really have scamming folks down to an exact science.  They record part of the telephonic acceptance so you can't protest to credit card company.  They don't record your questions or their answers though! I doubt they even want to sell the time share - seems they make more money in their bogus fees. Avoid them!

Good move Linda - good to see someone circumvented their fees!  Hope they dont' file with collection agency -- would not put it past them!

I booked a package over the phone after speaking with a representative who explained that I could have an 8 am tour with breakfast included. Since this was a stop over destination and was very convenient for my family situation I felt that at the time it was a pretty good deal. Room rates were good and I was promised a 3 day future stay for booking. I was instructed that an email would be sent on the following day and I would need to check the form stating that I agreed with the terms and conditions and send to TNT and also that I would need to copy this terms and conditions to bring with me. The booking was completed before I could check the document and I actually had to call the TNT rep to find out when they were sending the email. At that time I learned that there were no 8am tours available and that I was set up for a different time. This was unacceptable since I was traveling to another destination later that day. I attempted to resolve the issue with Ryan Mchaffey unsuccessfully as well as several other customer service reps and was treated disrespectfully and was given no options. Tour times could not be altered and my account had already been charged. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company and cancelled the reservation.

The positive messages you see in these comments are clearly fake and written by someone who works there.  Each and every one of the people that work there are [***].  They are a scam company, that is the only way they make their money.
Check out http://www.tntresortshelp.webs.com to see my complaint to the BBB and FTC on a site I made.

I got ripped off $812.81 Canadian from TNT.  The woman who I booked with said it wouldn't matter that we were Canadian, but apparantly it did.  I have contacted the FTC and the BBB.  If you have been ripped off by the company I recommend you do the same, this will prevent the same happening to others. BTW noone else has submitted a claim about this company as they weren't registered, so if no one else complains about them just airing your beef on this forum is not going to accomplish much.  Complain where something will be done about your complaints people!

I purchased a vacation package to Kings Creek, Williamsburg, VA on 3/19/11 from Lauren Spencer.  I told her upfront that my husband works overseas & cannot go on vacation w/ us.  Lauren informed that it was fine & for me to just let them know when I book my reservation.  When I booked my reservation w/ Kings Creek w/ a Margie, she told me that she can speak to a supervisor and get my money refunded.  She said to call her back once I know for sure if my husband will be back in the US or not during that time period.  Now I just confirmed w/ my husband that he is not able to be in the US during that time, Kings Creek is telling me that the money I paid is nonrefundable no matter what, they do not have a Lauren Spencer working for them.  Then I was told that I purchased the vacation package from a 3rd party, not related to Kings Creek.  Kings Creek cannot help me at all.  This is not the way to do business.  I will be sending a complaint to BBB and any government agency I find out that regulate this type of business.
