I had a call from Vacation Reservation Center giving away vacations package for $350, Orlando, Bahamas and Williamsburg, with refund of $100 in each place, condition; attending 1 hour time share meeting. We attended one in Orlando, it was more than 3 hours including waiting and we booked to stop in Williamsburg on the return trip.

After this pressure sales meeting in Orlando we decided to cancel the meeting in Williamsburg, cancelation charged another $50. Don't fall for this promised vacation, it is costly and unpleasant experience.

    I've tried frequently to book a reservation and am unable to even book with them. The message says betewwen the hours of 9-5pm EST which is a load of crock.I will be requesting the money back from my credit card unless I get some results. My advice don;t fall for the baloney,You can't even check anything out on the web site, none availble.

      Just wondering if you resolved this matter or were able to get your money back? I too fell for the "sweet" deal they were giving and in less then 24 hours I changed my mind after reading all the complaints about this company. I guess I should have done the homework first? I called them and told them I changed my mind and they said I had to wait two weeks for them to process everything. I talked to my credit card company and they said that there should be not problem for VRC to reverse the charge as the amount has not been "billed" to my credit card yet. So here we go.....

    I took a trip to orlAndo and miami w them the first was a nice resort but the second was a smAll hostel kind very cheap

    I bought 4 day 3 night in Myrtle Beach at Westgate Resorts was lead to believe I was getting a 1 bedroom ocean view suite. But when I got there I was in the old Holiday Inn part of the hotel small 2 bed with view of parking lot in back. That said I only paid $129 for the package and it was on the beach walk out the back door and it was sand. Westgate has some very nice suites but they are not part of the package VRC is selling. VRC also said after we finished the 90min timeshare (actual 2.5hrs) presentation we would get a 3 day cruise voucher. We did get the voucher but it will cost about $300 for the cruise and I was lead to believe it was free. All and all we had a good time and very cheap vacation on the beach, and even if i use the cruise it will be better than half price off. As far as booking the vacation we had to settle for our 3rd option on dates due to availability. Just wanted to put this out there for people who maybe thinking about buying one of these packages.

      That's the vacation they've offered me. Initially I was excited because they offered it to me for $99 for the first vacation for 4 people. They were supposed to send me a packet of information about everything. Its 4 days from being a full month and I still haven't gotten it. After doing a bit of research on this company I've had enough 'red flags' raised that I'm questioning whether to keep the deal. In trying to cancel I've been playing phone tag with a Miya ext 1124. I finally got to talk to her today and she's being so insistent on not running my refund through that I'm even more worried about the negative side to this. With only 4 days left to get a full refund and absolutely no written information directly from them I'm hesitant to keep this package. Your information has been extremely helpful.

        if you wait till after the 30 days they will refuse you a refund... thats what im going through right now!

    I to got offered the $99 package deal and upon calling to confirm my dates they told me you had to make at least 50,000. And if they find out you dont they will charge you $300 more. I do not recall them mentioning that at all in the beginning,  if they did i would have passed on the offer. I spoke to two different people and I told them to play back the telephone call and they said they cant find it. All i want is my money back and I dont know why it is so hard for them to give it to me. And after reading these reviews I dont really wanna go anymore.

    Well I guess I should have looked at the complaints first I am trying to book with VRC I bought a package for 4 adults which says 4 adults now they are telling me it was 2 adults and 2 children they gave me trail months and now are telling me they are off peak. They said that the terms and conditions say this. Well I am not that stupid I have read all the terms and conditions and they only statment is that the people going have to be 21 years of age or older well well gues what now they will not even answer my e-mails.

    my family put money down for a bahamas trip we through with the traveler center found out out we needed more money down they send us a vacation reservation center package can't get in the web site that they gave us to go too. call my bank they said will help me to get the money back from them any money that were sent. checked the better business buerea the score is a F...

    I tried several times to talk with someone about my reservation that was booked wrong.  For 2 weeks got a complete run around.  Still haven't settled the problem.  Looking for a complete refund of the package.  These people are fly by nights.

    Spoke with a rep, Bill Harper who offered  $399 for a 4 night vacation  in Hawaii. When I tried  to question  him, he was very rude and continued  to interupt me. I asked him to allow me time to investigate and call me later. He continued to overtalk me. K hung up. I just checked my  voice mail today and he left a message that I was a liar because  I failed to answer my phone. He said that I promised to purchase his package, but failed to keep my word
    I have worked in sales for 30 years. I was surprised to be bullied in this way. I will never do business with this company and I warn all consumers to beware. If you get a call from Bill Harper from VRC....

    I booked for a trip to myrtle beach, since we are going to be there the week prior, booked for 3 days was told I could schedule 90 minute presentation day of arrival. I received a call a week later from a supervisor who said I couldn't book when I did, nor take your day of arrival. I told her the recording would show I repeatedly asked if I could do this the guy assured me it was fine. She told me she would listen to the tape and if I was correct the guy would be fired. I think she was playing on my sympathy, I had none and asked for a full refund. It has been 4 months and I have not received a refund nor confirmation of booking ....I truly believe I was ripped off for the $180. DO NOT AGREE TO ANY VACATION FROM THIS COMPANY..
