Travelocity FRAUD against customers

"We used Travelocity to book our trip to Mexico. The trip details claimed that transportation from the airport was complimentary by the hotel. We discovered as the trip got closer that the hotel only provides comp transportation from Cancun airport when you book directly through them NOT through Travelocity. We called Travelocity a total of 24 times to try to get this resolved, each time waiting on hold longer than 30 minutes only to have someone who barely can speak English answer the phone. We had paid Travelocity for an ocean view room. When we checked in, we only had a standard room with no ocean view. Travelocity told us on the phone that for our trouble there would be a complimentary bottle of wine in our room upon check-in....another Travelocity falsification! Travelocity took no our money, but took NO RESPONSIBILITY for resolving the situation or helping us. When we got to the hotel, we had paid Travelocity for an ocean view room and we had no ocean view at all, just a standard room. I've used Expedia, Orbitz and Hotwire and had great experiences so far, this was my first trip booked with Travelocity and it will be my last. Travelocity customer service is a joke."

Im warning those who have not yet fallen VICTIMS never to use Travelocity. It is a fake travel agents who cheat customers deliberately and continuously.I wonder why it goes on like this without the full law coming in to get them.
I booked through them for a hotel in Stockholm early july,on 3 rd july and was expected in Stockholm on the 23rd august,2014.To they booked me and asuured me they will not deduct anything from my card until I report to the hotel.
to my surprise, the next day the charged my card.unknowingly, on 12 august ,I cancelled my booking by calling Travelocity and to make sure, I sent them a mail to confirm that. I spoke to an agent who confirmed it was cancelled and asked for the card numbers I used. I went to Sweden but different city and when I went back home,i checked my card only to find that Travelocity had charged my card and the bank gave me a statement showing Travelocity.com received the money.
I have written over 50 mails , made calls but the these guys don't care. They first denied that it was the hotel that charged the card. I called the hotel, and they sent me the statement that they tried tot charge the card on my first day for no show but there were no funds and indeed I saw the statement the got nothing.Traveleocity, even presented with facts have never paid and are not willing to pay back the 305 dollars. when I called again I spoke to another man of expedia based in Arizona,US and was saying he could only offer me vouchers of 100 dollars. I asked him refund policy for Travelocity ,and he could not answer anything because as far I know most hotels charge a one night rate for no show and refund the rest.
N ot with Travelocity. they are fraudstars and use phishing methods to steal from customers. So, don't book through these so called travel agents, get the website of the hotel and pay directly the hotel. Travelocity, they use the hotels` sites and embede them in their website and when you book ,they receive your card numbers and charge customer cards.
You will never receive a refuns from Travelocity. they are very dishonest and dubious .when you contact them, they change agents like clothes. each time you write an email, you are as if lodging in a new complaint, every time, u have to explain to a new agent from the start. and they do this to make the customer give up enventually.
I will never and never recommend anyone to use Travelocity and unless one wants to experience a bad service.tthey thrive on cheating customers and they have deliberately refused to refund my money and they keep on referring me to the hotel who never charged my card.
Travelicity I am very disappointed that a change was made on my son's flight from British Airways airline to America airlines at BWI airport however, neither British Airways or Travelocity contacted me or my son about these changes.
On April 3rd during the 24 hour grace period for online check in my son had logged in and updated his contact information under "Manage My Booking" @ the British Airways website.
Just in case if there was any changes to his flight he will get a text alert. My son and I arrived @ the airport around 12:30 pm on April 4th. I was able to check in unto my flight with my first booking on (Itinerary # 7268944361335).
We both walked to The British Airways check-in counter and that area it was close. my son waited by the eatery until 3pm then walked back to the British Airways counter, at that time they informed him that he will need to contact travelocity since his booking was made through travelocity. He called and spoke with multiple people no one was willing or trying to assist him to get him on another flight since his original flight was changed and was never notified so missed his 400pm flight to PHL. Travelocity had him in the system as no show. I am very upset and disappointed because this was a plan family vacation since 2017 when I did his booking, but now my son is not with me in Germany due to someone's negligence to informed us about the changes to his flight. Though Travelocity is going to refund me my money the most important thing I needed was to have my son with me in Germany. British Airways was willing to put him on another flight from London to Germany but because Travelocity refused to accommodate my son and booked him on another flight from BWI to London I am now in Munich without my son.
I need something else to be done on behalf of my son I will be in Munich until April 11th and I know some kind of accaccommodation can be made for him to still come and meet us in Germany by the weekend. Today is Thursday April 5th in the U S and about 11:30 pm in Germany.
So there is sufficient time to get my son on another flight with my refund for him to join us in Germany and enjoy our family vacation.

After being transfer multiple time I finally was speaking with a corporate manager the call dropped and she never attempted to call me back. I am very pissed right now.
