Have repeatedly cancelled all materials sent by this company but they still send things

I have cancelled this account twice but you still keep sending me gardening books.  My next step is to file a formal complaint with the US Postal Service Attorney General

    It's a cramming scam..
    As long as you keep paying them, they'll keep sending you stuff.  Stop paying them, and treat it as the mail fraud that it is.  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.

    I have not ordered anything from your company.  PLEASE DO NOT send me any more books.

    These people are horrible and will be dealt with in a manner that they understand. They sent my 80yr old mother a BHG book with invoice for $34 which she never ordered causing her emotional distress and Anxiety. I work for a LAW FIRM and have notified the Attorney Generals Office , Postal Inspector, FTC and BBB. Also I have returned unopened package at my expense and have taken steps to file a lawsuit  Civil Claim for Harassment and emotional Distress and Damages/Costs/Shipping

      How did that work out, its happening to me also. Bill's for books and magazines, a d FedEx wants me to pay $20.00 to return something I didnt order. I'm too old to go thru this

    I am a senior and cannot aford these books. I would like a postage paid return envelope because it cost almost 20.00 to send back. I did not order this nor do I want anything. This is fraud and a scam. Do not send me anything but a postage paid return envelope

    Hello, you sent me a book that I did not order.  You had the audacity to include an invoice that said, "Dear Joyce Peet, thank you for your recent order and prompt payment.  We appreciate your business."  I took it back to the USPS and they said I would have to pay postage to send it back.  If you think that for 1 second I am paying you the $15.00 that you are trying to extort from me for the book, or a dime in postage to return it, you've got another thing coming.  Now if you would like your book back, I will be happy to return it when you have sent me a Postage Paid shipping label.  Thank you and have a nice day.

    I did not order this Family Circle 2018 Cookbook. Why should I have to pay the shipping to return something I didn't order in the first place.

    I received Christmas from the heart book which I did not order nor do I want it.  I will not pay for the book or pay to return it until I receive a postage paid shipping label.  Thank you for your prompt attention!!!

    I just received a book about quilting and did not order it .  when I looked the Co. up I seen all the complaints and now I don't know what to do.             there was no bill with it said your free gift outside the box.

    I just recieved a diabetic cookbook that I dont remember ordering. it say thank you for your order and prompt payment but I dont intend to send any money back to them plus if they send me anymore I refuse to pay .

    I received the BHG Christmas book which I did not order.  However, I did open it (mistake) and therefore felt obligated to pay for it.  Month and half (approx.) I received another book (which I did not open!) and do not intend to keep it.  Will be returning it.  If I am told I have to pay for shipping, I will not, but will consider this an unsolicited gift and keep.  If I don't ask for it, I'm not obligated to pay for it!

    I just received another quilting book I did not order.  I enclosed a note stating that any future books they send I will consider as gifts.  This should be illegal.  I have to pay for return shipping on something I didn't even order.  This will be the last time they get me to pay shipping for something I didn't order and don't want!

    I did not order any books form you. When i do order i pay for them in advance. You will be receiving your package back unopened. I will not pay shipping and handling. Invoice was placed back in envelope. I will put your address on package ( without my address visible) and place it in the p. O. Drop box.  When you open it you can make sure you make note that i owe you nothing. Please do not send any more books unless i pay for them in advance. Thanks

    I did not order this package. I will keep it as a gift unless you send something showing the postage has been paid. I will not pull out of my pocket to pay s&h for something i did not order.

    I just received another book that I did not order, nor have I opened the package. If you send me a postage paid label, I will return the package to you. I went through this same experience about a year ago. I am not responsible for something I did not order.

    I do not want to renew subscription to your magazine. This is the second time I have received your junk..  PLEASE TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST!
    I can go to Dollar Tree and buy a calendar for 1$
    Doing this is cheaper than my time,packaging and ect. to send back.
    I will  file a complaint with my STATE, against you
