Have repeatedly cancelled all materials sent by this company but they still send things

I have cancelled this account twice but you still keep sending me gardening books.  My next step is to file a formal complaint with the US Postal Service Attorney General

    88 year old mother received a book that she did not order. The package was not opened,  just the envelope looking for return label . . . there was no return label. Just states to return it - at my cost?? Are you kidding??
    This is a scam and so unfair to elderly people that they send these to. I called and the woman on the phone was nothing but rude to me. I told her it will not be sent back at my expense and to cancel the account number they assigned to her.
    NO MORE CRAPPY OVERPRICED BOOKS!!

    I keep receiving these books I didn't order. I returned some at my own expense. I don't want you to send me any other books. If you want this one back you can send me a postage paid label. I WANT YOU TO TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST. RECEIVING THESE BOOKS IS A WASTE IF MY VALUABLE TIME!!!!!!!!! AGAIN, TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST AND DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE BOOKS!!!!

    You sent me a book I did not order which I returned  am still being harrased for payment, even though I wrote a letter requesting a return label, which I ever recieved.  I returned the book at my expense and I am still being harrased for payment.  The U.S, Govt should investigate companies that create fraud on the Citiizens.    These are just plain CROOKS AND SHOULD BE ARRESTED.

    I received a calendar in the mail 10/14/2022 which I did not order.  Postal Service will not return with out payment. Please send a return shipping label for me to return.  I am no longer ordering Country Gardens due to this episode of billing me for something that I did not order.  So Calendar will wait for shipping label.  I have received so many free calendars the same size.  Who needs 3 calendars anymore.
    Thank you for not billing me in the future.

    I received the BHGNCBAK BHG NEW CKBK-EVERYDAY BAKING book in the mail today. Included with the book was a statement for a balance due of $31.39. The account # on the statement is:
    10032318015. As soon as you send me a postage paid sticker, I will return the book to you. Thank you

    I did NOT ORDER this book & therefore have no intention paying for it. Send me a return address label so I can return it back you free of charge. Otherwise I will keep as an unopened gift. I've read all other complaints, therefore I know its a book. I will report you to the BBB.
