I just discovered that I have been charged $16.95 per month for 4 months by this outfit for "services" I never requested or authorized. I have demanded a refund from the company and am awaiting results.

$19.95. This happened before and did make a refund at that time and cancelled the account. Now they have billed me again. This organization is a FRAUD and should be Charged in Court as a FRAUD. I'll also will go along with class action suit.
by both MQV. and our banks. They know about the fraud and don't do nothing. Citizens Bank told me the heard of this company but said nothing to me and let it go for 16 months. Shame on me not seeing a small fee every month but now it's up to all of us to shut them down and get our $back from the banks and MQV. Call your state rep. and tell them our story and the local news. They love these stories and don't let go...be careful my friends
I called the Attorney General's office here in NY and will receive their complaint form by end of next week.
If MVQ saving ace doesnt refund all charges by next Friday , I will send the AG the complaint form.
I went through this many years ago - some phony membership billed to my bank account that I never wanted-
The former AG Eliot Spitzer got me all of my money back after I filed a complaint with his office.
I am seeing someone at my bank too- if my bank is aware of these scammers they are just as liable as the scammers for us getting dupped.
Contact yr credit card company to reject any charge from it forever.
I joined a protection program from Discover, it costs me less than $3 per month. It is worth to have it.
This company start charged me from 2010. I did not noticed it until Sep 2011.
I did got new credit number on Jan 2011 when I lost my card, and get new number.
Discover tell me that my old number still valid if a company already use it for regular monthly charge for a while. This is the reason why this company still able keep charging me monthly after Jan 2011.
Anyway, after I report this, Discover finally cancel my old credit number.
I guess this can happen at any credit card company. Not sure why they did this. I hope they will let customer know the old number still valid for these monthly charge bill, or just stop using the old number totally.
So, this company will unable to charge you again, because Discover said my old number is still valid for old existing monthly charge.
I found this is because I did report card lost (get new number) once, but this company still keep charge me monthly, discover tell me they use my old number.
Becarful on their web, it can has spy wair install in yr PC. Also, it may not hurt to change all your on-line account ID and password on a clean PC or Mac. This is what I did after this scaring experience.
When I reported card lost on Jan 2011, I did not aware this company had been charged me monthly for several months on 2010. This is why this company still able to use my old number to charge me after Jan 2011.
No more charge after I reported it to Discover, Discover also totally stop my old number for already/old existing monthly charge.
One thing, I don't get, it is I am very sure that Discover lady reminded me to change my card number to all the company have monthly charge on me when I cancel and get number!!!!???
Soooo, watch out that our old card number can be still valid for exitsing monthly charge, even after We reported lost, and got new number already.
