Dealer Services called me. The man said that I had signed up for a warranty on my used car through the used car dealership I bought it from. He said that my free coverage was up and that I owed 2,400 dollars. He said that the cancellation fee was 2,400 dollars as well so I was basically screwed. The papers, he said, had been signed at the used car dealership. He led me to believe that the dealership conned me into signing papers, but I was responsible for the amount anyway. I had minutes to fork over a $700 deposit or the company would ruin my credit. I became hysterical and started crying. He then said he could lower the amount to $400. Stupidly, I gave my debit card number to spare my credit score (my husband and I are trying to buy a house).

As I waited for the varification call, I told my husband what was happening. He called the used car dealership and found the papers for the car. We had never signed a thing about a warranty. The people from the dealership said we were being scammed. We immediately called our bank and cancelled our debit card. When a new representitive called back to verify our payment to Dealer Services, we told her we knew exactly what was going on. She hatefully exclaimed, "I don't appreciate you calling our company a scam!" Anyway, she said that I had never signed anything and that the other guy I had spoken with said that I had just wanted to take advantage of their "wonderful offer." Anyway, I was under no obligation so they cancelled my payment.

These people are using immoral sales tactics and I am going to report them to every agency I can. I am a college educated woman and I fell for this! I feel so stupid, not to mention violated and ashamed.

I'm a former employee of dealer services out of New Jersey and I strongly recommend no one but any extended service plan other than a manufactures plan that is offered to you at the time you but your vehicle, and you should ask the person selling you the car if the plan is a "manufactures service contract". Otherwise you'll get stuck with a "third party contract" much like the one offered by dealer services. Honestly the contract is a joke, no matter what they may claim over the phone. As far as specific issues with specific employees, I've read every post on here and all names in relation to dealer services seem accurate and I strongly advise anyone with any specific problems to contact mr. Shaftel directly. I know for a fact he will protect his business at all costs and will quickly resolve any issue you may have just to avoid any problems with the BBB or the attorney general. If I can be of any further assistance please post on here and I will try to help as much as I can.

Yep... They got me. Paid a down payment then gotta pay pmts for 2 years. I only agreed cuz they said I had 30 days to review  the contract. It's nothing the describe. I call back to tell them I don't want the Warrenty and they give me a huge runaround. I can't afford to pay for a "Warrenty" that doesn't cover anything... Not what they described over the phone!!!

really....the scam is that they over charge you for an aftermarket warranty......when i first started a warranty will cost you 1400 to 2400 depending on the vehicle....a contract from them is 3100 to 3900 because Mike Shaftel who owns the company is a greedy jew who only wants to raise the price if the price of tea goes up....beware people....they pay $10 hr plus commission....if i got a thousand dollars down from you...my commission will be $ 260.....750 down you get 225 ,there most favorite quote....something they say all customers choose is $550 down....and you make $125 off that....its the commission that drives everybody to turn a blind eye....if u think thats bad...if you guys cancel....they make the ones who sold you the warranty  pay the commission back....crazy company.....but i know all the dirt !

These people called me to talk about my "car safety", I kindly told her that Cadillac knew where I am and if there was a problem they will not call me but send me correspondence in the mail. She began to argue with me and told me to look them up online.  I told her that the only thing I was going to do online was report them to the DO NOT CALL federal registry.  The told her to press that button in front of her that will put me on their DO NOT CALL list.  She hung up!!

I've been receiving unsolicited calls from these people for about two years. Three to five calls a day for weeks at a time, then a break of a month or so and then it starts again. I've repeatedly told them that I have no interest in their product and to stop calling me.....the calls continue. The "salesman" is extremely rude and pushy, finally telling me to "suck his d**k" when I refused to give him my debit card number. I've had it, and as of today I have retained an attorney and am pursuing a lawsuit against them for harassing communications, I have phone records logging hundreds of calls from them. I urge everyone to take these scammers to court.

Yes, I believe it am pretty positive I'm being ripped off. I got a call on 6/21/16 from an extended Warrenty offer. They tried everything to find me a Warrenty I could "afford". Finally I have in and took one I could afford the monthly payments. They said it was no risk money back to examine the Warrenty for 30 days. I read it and it was nothing like they describe. The limits they pay on things they promise is disgraceful. I can't believe repair shops even work with these people. So I called to tell them I don't want the Warrenty and the guy put me off, told me all the bad review I was reading were from a different company. How can I get out of this. This Warrenty is not what they explained on the phone. I feel like a fool for even talking to them in the first place. The company is NCWC Inc. I call and they just try to confuse me and say I asked for the Warrenty. NO... A agreed to review it!!
