This law firm has called our house several times. This IS a scam. If you are being sued, you WILL be served a summons. If these people call you, tell them its Harassment which IS federally illegal since its a web based scam and telephone scam.

    i have also been getting e-mails from acs legal group. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE< PERIOD !!!  file complaints with the FBI,and every federal agency you can think of. please people, do not believe their [***].

    I am, also, receiving phone calls and emails from "ACS Legal Group." They state that I took out a payday loan for $875.00 and I now owe their client $4987.00.  This is most definitely a scam.  These people barely know English, let alone proper legal terms.  Like everyone else, I am in the process of reporting these "people" to anyone and everyone that I can think of.  I know that it will not do much of anything, but it will make me feel better.
    These people are annoying, relentless, and less than what my cats leave in their litter box, but that is all that they are.
    Best of luck to everyone that has been contacted by these scum.

    I'm having the sane issue.. I asked for try company info that I owe and they tell me it's confidential. Really if I owe I have to pay I have the right to all info!!

    I get these emails all the time and they have also called my job once.  Luckily they talked to a person I could trust.  I just replied to their email that I work for the government and am forwarding their email to them.
