GRC*WEN BY CHAZ DEAN - they are a fraudulent company. My credit card was charged for a subscription service i never signed up for. I am not residing in the US and I never order hair products online, I go and buy it in the store.
When I called them they asked me for my credit card number to reverse the charge. They couldn't give me any explanations on why I was charged for something I didn't order or how they got my credit card number in the first place.
I asked for a manager andnaturally I got her voicemail. I gave her 24 hours to return my call after that I will report them for fraud.

With fraudulent charges you don't have to depend on the fraudulent merchant to reverse the charges.  In fact, it isn't really safe to do so, since cramming scams use delays and deceptive promises, even simply "confusion", to try to delay you from disputing through your bank, knowing that if they can stretch it out past the 60 day dispute window, there's not much you can do to get your money back.

Instead, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and to block your card number to prevent further theft.  Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly.

I add to the above listing and have been challenging the charge which goes to a canadian site each month for 29.95 for the past seven months> I have complained to the company to my credit card company and it keeps showing up for subsequent months so I am canceling the card i have used for 24 years to stop the process.

I have been hit also. They keep changing there charges for further charges. Next step. I'm calling my lawyer. I'll take them to court if I have too. That's fine. Just as long as they stop. They are fraudulent. Never buy from them.

It's a cramming scam.. replies to Justin
Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

I too have been hit with four months of fraudulent charges to my credit card.  I called my credit card company and they have blocked Wen access to my card.  I also called the company and they have promised a partial refund (we shall see!).  I also emailed the company charging it with fraud.  The company should be prosecuted.

They are fraud big time. They will give you a partial refund. Stop charging for a month or so and will start charging you again. They may send you a shipment or two every 6 month. I am surprised that attorney journal has not done anything to shut them down.

Three charges totaling $459.44. I've never even been to their web site until today. Had to shut off my card and file a claim.
