It's been a couple of months that mozook.com always send me services which const 4sr and another .50 for the same information. Whenever I buy prepaid load they automatically deduct it from  my account even if I dont accept the service. Kindly help me to stop this kind of scam. My mobily number is 0563278046...

    I've a mobily account. Each alternate week, SAR 12 are auto deducted from my pre-paid account with a message to download some content from wap.halamobile.com site. I had this mistake only once to download a ringtone for what its understandable to pay the fee. But for unsolicited requests, such deduction is really weird. I'm mobily customer for almost 5 years and now seriously thinking to switch to Al-jawal, if this problem continues... Any suggestion in this regard would highly be appreciated.
