It's been a couple of months that mozook.com always send me services which const 4sr and another .50 for the same information. Whenever I buy prepaid load they automatically deduct it from  my account even if I dont accept the service. Kindly help me to stop this kind of scam. My mobily number is 0563278046...

    dear sir, i am using sawa card in my mobile no. 0535379377 since last 2 months.but since last one month they are charging me daily Sr 1.30. I didnot activated any extra facilities or accessaries.when i contacted several time to their customer care they asked me to send message to 80232 requesting to stop this. even after several time request still it continueing. Actually i think they are cheating the customers otherwise why they did not stop this.now i dont know what should i do for this. shall i chane my mobile provider.

      i successfully cancel the service from 80232 here is the method how you can cancel your service and svae your money.
      1:- first send sms with the text "م" to 80232
      then you will get complete information from 80232 then
      2:- send "غ" means stop this service but it will not stop and then you received sms from 80232 please send "غ" with your code. for your code information please send sms with the word "كل" on 80232 and then you will receive your activate service code list.
      3:- send sms with the word "غ"  and code to 80232. after that you will receive sms from 80232 that you cancel you service successfully.

      Enjoy and save your money but dont forget me in your DUA's.
