Never heard of them, never dealt with them.
Stated I owe them money...their site is set up so you cannot speak to anyone and only email them.
please advise

    They sometimes claim to handle billing for some collect call service.

    Contact the Indiana Attorney General.

    how do they get your information???? I received a bill from this people yesterday claiming that I have an account with them of some phone call that was made from a phone # to another one that I don't even know. the bill doesn't even have my first name (just my last). ...anyway I'm not paying these people for something I didn't create (even if it's only $10)

    I actually did accept a collect call from my kid -- $14.95 for two local minutes.  Paid the bill, and am now receiving five robo-calls each day, Sundays included, beginning at 8am.  I'll definately include the Indiana AG with the cc's with my notarized proof of payment.    These rats should be prosecuted.

    I held on to the bill so that I could take the time to verify the information, since NONE of the details of the call were stated on the bill.  The robocalls began while we were away for a few days...36 of them, so I emailed them.  They had the audio to support the fact that my husband had indeed called me and that I had accepted the call (for less than 2 minutes).  I mailed the check to them on that day, before the  "Friday deadline", thinking that I was glad to have  THAT behind me...
    Today, I JUST got a call from a collection agency expecting $15.00 more! Does this end?  The BBB (Better Business Bureau) of Indiana is hearing from me. Who needs a drain on our cash and credit standing during these times?

    I also sent letters to the other residents in the apartment complex.  My fax yesterday had produced a quiet no-call day today.  I will not stop until I read these dogs are arrested for fraud.

    My (senior citizens)parents placed an order with Figi's in April 2008 for $57.46 and paid by credit card. 3 weeks ago they started getting these automated calls from QTBill.com saying they owe this money. My Dad finally connected the dots back to Figi's. Called Figi's who told him that they could see the error - their phone number was connected with a wrong name (Nichols that does owe Figi's $$) Yesterday they recieved 8 calls. Figi's Mgr or VP Brad said that this seems like an isolated incidence just for us. I don't feel that is true.

    I will use YMW's info from 11/21/08 to stop these calls.

    I recieved a call from my girl friend, then got a letter stateing I owe 14.95. If I did not pay the would tack on another fifteen dollars!

    QT bill harassment has now come to Southern California !  I have been getting calls from them everyday.  They are the pits !  I have never heard of them before and had no outstanding bills of any sort but have been bothered by them for weeks now. F... them !

    What I want to know is if I can just deal with the stupid phone calls in hopes that they will one day go away?  I question the validity of this "debt" That I supposedly owe them.  And I am not going to pay anything until a real person contacts me by mail or phone. I am certainly not going to give them access to my credit card information or checking account.

    These jerks have billed for a collect call for 2 mins......$14.95.  I don't dispute the call, just the amount. The calls have been going on for 2 weeks and today was the motherload.  21 calls all day long.  I have emailed a cease and desist letter but that fell on deaf ears.  I aint paying a damn thing and they can kiss my A$$!!!

    My daughter called me collect from L.A. and now QT bills is leaving us messages daily saying the email they sent came back to them.  I tried to contact them, using the email address mentioned on the voice mail, but it came back.  They don't leave a phone number, so I have no way to contact them.

    My husband called me from the hospital, he was in with a heart problem and the hospital phone didn't allow long distance calls.  They charged $17.95 for 2 minutes.  This company should be out of business!!!

    Well, I got my first call today, never have received a bill; don't know who these folks are.  I called the # and got an automated voice message, no one real. Don't know that I owe anything due to, no name or bill.

    i got my first call today, never received a bill, don't remember to call someoane at the number that robo-voice tell in the message so i have to wait next days ...something is wrong

    Call your phone company and have them block all solitation numbers
    it could take up to 30 days before all the calls are blocked.

    I started receiving these calls from QT.BILL, stating I owed money for a collect call. Now today it has changed, to a book I have returned. First of all if I returned a book the company calls and you talk to a person you can settle the matter with. All I get is phone calls and they have gotten now, they are saying they will sue me or take me to court. I don't know who these people are, or where they came from. I only talk to live people. This company all you get is a machine. Someone needs to find these people and put them out of business. Hot Texan, will call A.G. this week

    I have been receiving these same calls for a $10 bill I have already paid. It is nothing short of harrasement! They leave 7 or 8 messages a day and threten the same nonsense. Also have you noticed that each call is from a different state? I have emailed them and next step is the BBB.
