received a call from qtbill.com
Never heard of them, never dealt with them.
Stated I owe them money...their site is set up so you cannot speak to anyone and only email them.
please advise

    QT screwed
    They are thieves. I ended up paying $40 for a 2 minute call that never went through. You can't make collect calls anymore or these guys will get you.

    The calls start for me at...3am!  I have to keep my phone on in case I get called into work,and it's these QT Billing nuts calling at 3am!

    i used qt bill backj in february,right from the start there was a problem, i tried calling even sending e-mail but there was never any reply now here threatening court, i say bring it   on

    hi Frank   i have the same thing u have and they put that 15.00 on my
    credit with experine credit i will not pay it for 15.00 it can stay
    there they can see whats going on and my credit is ex so they say no
    creditor will pay attention to this.  bbb had 82 complaints and that
    was back in oct so they are still at it     is this what they mean when
    they say GET RICH QUICK!!!!     GOOD LUCK

    Worst phone experience of my life (and I'm pretty old). Tried to make a collect call from a pay phone(frist mistake). Call didn't go through. Go a bill some time later for $20+. Tried to work it out with their Indian reps -quite a nightmare. I finally said fine and agreed to pay just to get them off my back since it wasn't worth the hassle. Then I was informed that it was another $20 to process over the phone. About $48 for a call that never went through.

    Look out oon the web. Lots of complaints about this outfit and not a whole lot you can do about it. They even cruise the compplaint sites making responses to angry customers.

    So yea I recieved like numerous phone calls from these guys. Im not sure what to do...like they keep calling me the last message I recieved from those guys was something saying that if I didnt pay my bill they will try and take me to small claims court....um..yea who are these guys and what should I do in regards to this situation?

    I accepted a collect call from my girlfriend cost me $33 for a 1 minute call and they put this on my credit report. Screw them!!!!! This is highway robbery!!!!!

    New Mexico here, same problem. No bill one supposed collect call with a 18 dollar fee. They want me to sign on to there web site and give them my pertinent information. I dont think so. I think I will follow some of the advise on this page. BBB and Phone company. Stop the maddness this is a total con!

    I did aceept a collect call from my brother; but I never recieved the Orange statement. They are harassing me 3-4 times a day I try to call them back but only got a stupid computer. Can NOT pay something when do not have a bill for the amount.

    QT has also hit in Virginia.  My son called me in an emergency it too was 17.95 and I started getting harrassing phone calls before I even got the bill. I paid it and now get up to 36 calls per day for 15.00 late fee. I am not paying it either. They will not leave us alone.

    I apparently tried to make a collect call to my wife while I was in the Hospital somehow these yahoos got involved and sent me a bill for about 20:00 for nine min.of phone time.The problem is I never talked to my wife they kept her on the phone long enough to get her personal info and never connected the call.I found out later from the Hospital that the pay phones were not working correctly on that day.These guys are thieves and should be put in jail Iwill not pay the bill I will work it out with my credit bureau.They don't even have enough guts to put their phone number on line,,cowards
