Caller Brian Cave:  "These people have called several times about medical compensation for yaz birth control. I have NEVER taken birth control in my life! I have asked at least 10 times to be taken off their list."

    Phone number 507-124-5698 called me about medical compensation. They knew my name, but the caller did not introduce herself. She had a very strong accent (Indian?), asked me a few questions about various surgeries (which I haven't had), and then hung up before I thought to ask her who she was, how she got my phone number and name, and why she was asking me this. It was so RUDE! And then when I tried to call the number back, I got a recording that said it was an invalid number. What's up with that?

      Phone number unknown and many calls in the past several weeks.  Very strong Indian accent (??) and the caller gets mad at me because I can't understand what they are saying.  Always male callers and because of my present medical issues I have tried very hard to understand what they are talking about.  Have also asked the caller several times to have someone else call me that speaks more clear English.  The callers have been rude indicating that I should be able to understand them.  Today, I think the caller said something about Medical Compansation Department (I think) which makes me wonder because of past surgeries.

        I get the same & I have asked at least 8 times to be removed. The phone number is unknown & this guy is so rude. Calls me Honey , Dear, I could choke him. But that would be illegal & I would be punished. But they can call 2,3,4, & 5 times a day & it's OK.How do I stop this craziness w/out a phone no. to report?

      Today i receieved the exact same call, from the exact number that said Florida, from the exact person, who also hung up when i asked questions. Who do we notify about this?

    Phone number 207-121-4587, 435-750-4933, 456-907-3242, 305-507-4567, unknown, withheld, etc have been coming in on my cell phone since Nov 2013 up until this morning, Jan 10, 2014. I get the same man every time, he knows my name, is not from this country, I am thinking India, English somewhat broken, and is getting totally out of control. I've asked him for his supervisor at which time he hangs up on me. I have screamed at him, told him to stop calling, but to no avail. And from Medical Compensation Dept., who calls out of the blue from a company or department like that?? I too also tried calling each number back but receive a recording that the number I called was incorrect.

    I just got multiple calls from Indian accent guy from medical compensation. Number (207) 121-4587 and (848) 459-4922.  He knows my name too and I have told him to stop calling.  Have blocked his numbers so far and will block others as people post. It is so intrusive and unwanted!

      848-459-4922 called me too.  Knew my name and have called despite my asking to be taken off their list.  Call could barely speak English--same man each time.  This last time I asked to speak with a supervisor.  She spoke more clearly but eventually hung up on me when I repeatedly asked about how she/they got my number and how they got around HIPAA!  There's more but just know it is a scam and don't give any information or verify anything they are asking/saying!

        got a call from phone number 3862945944 saying they are from medical compensation, same indian accent telling me that I have money to get when I ask what hospital he is with he will not answer, but when I say okay I will check out the company on the internet he said that I was not qualify for compensation and hang up the phone.

    (848) 459-4922 blowing up my phone right now, telling me I have "medical compensation" money coming to me for vaginal mesh surgery I apparently had.  Hahaha, these people are crazy! But it must work, if they are bothering to cold call like this.  Just for fun, lead them on for a minute, it's rather entertaining.  They get really pissed off when they figure out that you are messing with them.

      My daughter keeps getting the same type of calls from a 214 area code, which is for Dallas.  Evidently they are calling from Grand Prairie, TX.

        Been getting the same calls from 713 ( Houston ) area code.  The man has called at least three times now and I keep telling him that I am not interested.  Who are these people?

    I having been getting calls from these people, usually Indian accented male, for several weeks. Sometimes for fun I play along with them. Gives me a chance to practice my Indian accent. I say, " Do you need my credit card number and expiration date?"
    They keep asking if I have had vaginal mesh surgery and saying they are from the medical compensation fund. I tell them that in this country men do not have  [***]. Last call was from Dallas 214-740-1523. I asked who they were trying to call and they for some reason hung up on me. Busy when I try to call back. The government "Do not Call" list is a joke. They do nothing about this problem and should be fired.

    I have gotten several  of these calls also.  Usually from a John, including one this morning at 7:25.  I have hung up, told them not to call me.  They have told me I was lying and I when I asked where they got their information, they told me the health dept. and if they were lying they would be in deep trouble.  Once as soon as I hung up, another man called back immediately.  Sick and tired of these jerks.

    I keep getting multiple calls a day from same Indian accent men. I keep telling them I'm on the Do Not Call list and if they continue to call they will be in trouble. They have had the nerve to tell me to quit being such a b*&tch. Is there anyway to get these people to stop calling

    I just got a call from a 206 area code. They said they were calling due to antidepressant pills.  I said how did they get the information they said they had. They told me the state department told them. I told them the state department doesn't give out personal information like that. He (Indian accesnt) proceeded to ask about other medical issues, surgeries, medicines... I told them I was not answering personal questions and told them not to call again and hung up. Sixth phone call within 2 weeks I have received. Grrrr... not a happy camper..
