Just got a call from them with a Texas caller ID number. When I answered, heard the guy speaking Spanish in the background. Claimed we'd bought from them before and they'd relocated to Texas (from Canada I assume?). Gave me a call back number of 713-965-7237 (told them I'd take a message for the person they asked for). Claimed there were side effects of the generic medication they sold and wanted to follow up to see if my family member had experienced the side effects. No doubt just to get my family member to call back.

I get a call from these idiots once a week. Bought some hair pills from them once. I think next time they call I will pretend that I am dead. I've asked them every time to stop calling.
Keep in mind that people must also make their quota of calls and why they keep these numbers even though they know there is no customer at this number. They can't call the same number all the time and just keep telling the boss that it's busy! So they need the telephone numbers from a group of former customers and plaster them with calls to meet the quota. Sometimes when you're expecting a call you must answer a call. One guy suggested, keeping them busy and wasting their time. The more experienced callers just hang up on you and claim you weren't there or you left a message. They will try again.
You can buy a call blocker for less than $50 but there's a catch. You need access to these telephone numbers. The faster you enter them the better off you are. It's no problem with me. I just access my telephone records on the internet and list the calls that I want blocked. Sometimes your telephone service will block a limited number of calls for you. By all means use it. Even if they can only block a few dozen at once when you exceed your limit remove the older numbers for the newer ones. It won't completely stop them but it will sure slow them down.

I get these calls now every week if not every other day for many years now. I usually try to order cocaine or heroin and other hard drugs. Sometimes I practice my singing skills until they hang up or I try to sell them drugs or exotic carpets or really talk up Flinstones vitamins. I make the best of it and it gives me a great excuse to vent off some steam in the form or immaturity and sarcasm. With that said if I ever met any of these people I would gun them down without hesitation
like it ... who will find the president of that organization

I tell them that if they call me again, I'm going to take my full colostomy bag over to them and shove it down their throat. And if they still keep calling, I'm going to shove my full ileostomy bag up their *ss. They cuss and I hang up. They've even called me on my son's cellphone. I block every number they call from. They are scumbgs.

I made the mistake of dealing with this company and ordered some Viagra and Cialis in the past. They delivered the meds and I would have been a regular happy customer but they relentlessly harassed me with phone calls. Even when asked kindly not to call and explaining to them they were going to lose me as a customer. It's unbelievable their business model can continue when they [***] previous customers so badly that they will never do business with them again. I've tried everything mentioned here and other forums, speaking with managers, and they tell you they will take you off the list but they never stop. Had some fun venting on them, wasting their time, etc but ultimately it's my time wasted...
The Truecaller app stopped the calls for 2 days but new numbers continued to get through. Next I've been having fun with the Autodialer app, racked up nearly 800 calls in one day with various background noises, porn loudly playing in the background being my favorite. I'm going to continue to Autodial them 1000 times every day for a week and see if they will finally get the message and stop. If this doesn't work it's time to admit defeat and change my number. God help the poor soul who get's my recycled phone number next...

I've been getting those calls for 2 years, read several threads like this, and tried multiple tricks to stop the calls. What I found out that the business is decentralized, a "franchise" of sorts, operated in India. They are not pharmacies or pharmacists, but they have access to generic drugs produced in India, which they would buy for you and mail it to you if you agree to make the order.
I've also found out the "front line" employee, the one who you hear when you make the call, cannot take you off the calling list, physically, no such option for him, although he would gladly promise it. Their manager is able to remove your number, but it is tricky to reach the manager, and even trickier to motivate the exclusion.
I figured out a way to do it. Does not involve any monetary cost on your part, just some time and patience. I do not want to post it here, but can email it to anyone. Please contact me at stoppharmcyscam@gmail.com
You spelled pharmacy wrong. Is this legit? Or you BS as well?

This worked
I place a rear order, then cancel it to them on line, then have my credit card company reverse the charge and change card numbers, phone number and delete the email address. I still get the order too LOL

They call me at least 2 times a day, I would do anything to get rid of them. I don't even know the person they ask for. I've had this number for 10 years and they started calling a few years back.

Hope this helps.
They have flogged me for over 5 years with the relentless calls.
And I have tried everything as stated above, other than changing my number.
I get phone # and ID from all over the US.
This is the worst policy of telemarketing.
And to you ONLINE PHARMACY BUSTER,
I will get the numbers if there is anything you could do ?
