Been getting these pharmacy telemarketers from India calling me for the past 7 years. If someone knows the phone number of powerful politicians, (e.g. Donald Trump), please give it to these indian scammers as potential customers. That should get our government interested in protecting us.

Folks.. just let weird or unfamiliar numbers go to voice mail .. they never leave one .. then block it if you can .. it's a bit of a pain but better than wasting time trying to get them to take you off their call list ..

7744953023, 6038346303, 6504526975, if enough people ask to be removed and in general waste there time they will be at least unhappy I do my part by calling at least 2 times a week, multiple calls to each number.

They have been calling me for years. I either don't answer or just state "take me off of your calling list" and they hang up but never take me off their list.  What a waste of an employers resources to pay people to make harassing phone calls all day. Really, how many people actually say yes, I'd like to place an order?  But then again they probably work for dirt cheap. The little witch that just called me today stated "We will never take you off of our calling list". She asked me how often we call and I said once a month. She replied "You're lucky its not 50 times a day". She sounded Asian. Probably works for less than minimum wage. She also called me a [***] and hung up.
How do you make this craziness stop? I just reported them on the donotcall government list, but jeez. They call from numbers all over the US - CA, TN, NY, and more. I guess I just won't be answering any numbers I don't know.

Answer the call with a last name - like “Jackson” or something like that. Then ask them if the inteded to call the FBI field office. That stops them in their tracks.

The callers use a "Dialer" which automatically calls the numbers on a list and the caller is connected only when the answering party responds.  The sales-person probably could not subtract your name from the Dialer even if she wished to do so.  It appears there's no lasting solution but to change your 'phone number.
I have resorted to answering only numbers I recognize and letting the rest go to voice-mail.  There's a risk here of missing needed communications from folks who fail to leave a voicemail.  I think the risk weighs less than the saved stress and aggravation.

I tried 800 672 2893 from Lucky on pg 4. A recording came on and said if I wanted calls blocked from them to enter my number and they would not call me again, so I did. If it gets worse...I'll report them with that same number.

"U.S. Pharmacy" (is actually "Canadian Pharmacy") wanting to know what medications I take.  I have NEVER done business with them before.  I would never buy medications from anyone other than my local registered Pharmacist.  I would never purchase medications that were not prescribed by my physician.
        1)  They called a number that is on the National Do Not Call List.  If they were legitimate, they would be abiding by the law.
        2)  They called my personal cell phone.  Unsolicited calls to cell phones are in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 and 2015.  If they were legitimate, they would be abiding by the law.
        3)  They "spoofed" the calling number to mask their identity, and the actual origin of the call.  If they were legitimate, they would not be hiding who they are and their location by falsifying their calling number.
THEY ARE A SCAM, trying to sell dangerous, counterfeit, and potentially contaminated drugs without proper licensing, mostly from India and other third-world countries.  You could die from ingesting drugs manufactured over an open fire in someone's back yard!

Have been receiving calls for years.  I started by nicely and then rudely asking them to take me off their call list.  They always say Canadian Pharmacy but always sound like they are from India.  I registered with No Call List, but that did no good.  I finally started "messing" with them - cussing them (instant hag up), asking questions (usually only ties them up a couple of minutes), and then just saying nothing (again only good for a couple of minutes.  .  The thing I found that seemed to bug them the most was immediately calling them back and saying nothing; I would do this over and over again for as long as I had time to spare.  Recently, I have found that they have figured out a way not to accept calls so this no longer works.  I really would like to figure out a way to continue to harass them.  If we can waste enough of their time (and therefore money) for no gain to them, maybe they will stop.  I doubt it, but maybe.  I have grown so angry at the constant harrassment form these and other telemarketers I can barely stand it.  I wish there was some was to have the FCC shut them down or, better yet, to fine them heavily and then shut them down.
