844-369-3850 Call to family and coworkers saying I owe money for an on line loan that was transferred into my account. Stating there is a judgment against me and a summons is going out for my arrest. They are harassing my family. When I ask for written validation they say that I have not responded to it and they will see if they can reduce my debt by taking to one of their supervisors. Totally bogus BS!!

    Does not matter.
    They have been leaving the same BS message for 6 years.  Collecting on a payday loan that was paid off 8 years ago. I’m pretty sure the company I got it from closed and this company got my OLD INFORMATION along with thousands of other people and has made a lot of money fraudulently contacting people about paying off these “uncollected” debts and filing “formal complaints” with no authority. They are just a nuisance.

    Called my ex husbands house.. new wife answered.. said they HAD to find me regarding a bounced check.  Stated he was a lawyer and a warrant had been issued for me and I was going to prison.  hmm.  Anyway, I called him just out of curiosity and he started going on about all this crap how I was going to prison etc.  Name was John Dewey number came up as Ohio origin.  Then stated I was lying when I told him I had not lived in that house for 10 plus years.  Said papers had been served and signed for by the new wife (who he had just called and got her name) and that I was going to trial and a warrant had been issued.  SCAM SCAM SCAM..... beware  number is 844-369-8951

    Same story as everyone else. Here's what I did. I harassed them. They started hanging up on me. I called their bluff and said" send the authorities, I can't deal with you people". Then I asked for an address( to mail them a check)lol, which they wouldn't provide. Then I said" how can you collect a Debt by hanging up on people". After about 7calls in 2 hours, there finally said " sir, we don't need your money. Have a nice day

    Mark Wallace is now calling from 855-297-5595. Same song and dance though ("XXX needs to call me back or I'll call the authorities). lol go ahead buddy. I'm married to the town's sheriff. I'd love for my husband to get that call from you.

    I have a lot of fun with these people. I realized right away this was a scam. I've called them over and over again. We are at the point where when I call , they hang up on me. The calls to my family has stopped. I will not stop calling until they change their number.

      11/01/2017 I received a voicemail From MArk Wallace stating a complaint was filed against me. I called them back and Some man said I'm being sued for a payday loan I took out on 8/14/2012 in Long Beach. I asked for him to send me this info because I never received anything. I told him by law this information needs to be served to the one that is being sued. I was not living in Long Beach Ca in 2012 so from there I knew it was bs. I called legal shield. They are even calling my sister. these people are disgusting

      "Mark Wallace" now calling my home number.  Obviously a robo-dialler that waits for voice mail because our message tells humans how to contact us directly.

      They're threatening to call the authorities on someone who has never been at our number.  I know they haven't because this number was assigned just after an area code split.

      Tempted to call them back and direct them to call the authorities.  Well, I would be if I didn't delete the voice mails as soon as I hear that low IQ voice running its spiel.
