I have a credit card which i hardly use.Just recently that i noticed why i have some charges that I dont remember of purchasing.I run thru from way back 90days and found out that this TLG GREATFN is charging $11.99/month. I called the number immediately and asking question about the said charges,the person on the line said that when i accepted the offer which i dont remember accepting or even receiving mails stated that they offer such BS!! when i ask what item i purchase online..they said it was from cheaptickets. i ask when(date of the purchase) it was back in 2007.. i just tried to hold my temper for such surprise and anger! i calculated the amount they took from account back in 2007 to present ,$671.44 ... I do believe in KARMA,I hope they do too.I just wish they will able to have a sound sleep every night.What they do to consumer like us,for now they might be enjoying how much millions they get, later it will be taken away from them if not in jail maybe in the bed of illness.

    I was scammed since October of 2011 for 16.99/mo. I now remember calling this service more than a year ago to cancel and apparently they just ignored my request and still continued to charge my account. It was my fault for not checking my statements or I would have seen it sooner.

        Call the # on your credit card , also ask them to place fraud report and replace your card....I did today ...Im pissed, I let this go since nov..This started after I made tv purchase.Others beware.

      Like you I took a look at my credit card statement and saw a 16.99 Charge twicmonth on my statment what the hell is going on with this hidden charge I do not no about how do they get away with this ripping hard working people off who in the hell do they think they are I am pissed at this I am calling my credit card company today to put a stop to this!

    I have called the number three times to cancel the charges that I don't remember agreeing to.  This time I have been on hold for 25 minutes thus far.  Who know how much longer, but it will be Hell to Pay when they do answer!

    I was just charged $16.99 for membership for Travelers Advantage, it was under TLGSHOPPER. We never signed up for this membership.  THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR NEEDS TO BE PROSECUDED!!!!!!. THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING HONEST HARDWORKING PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I just noticed that the same amount ($16.99) for the same company has been deducted from my account for six months. It happens twice a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I also just seen it on my husbands bank account and cancelled my card and called them, the lady said I would be charged 5 dollars a month for 2 years for quitting early. I told her I better not see another charge from them and she finally said ok you are cancelled and owe nothing. I said BYE B>>ch. My hubby had a struke and don't go on computer,

    What the Hell this company TLG is just taking money from people and now I'm 1 of them. It started since 2011 Dec and they took out 18.50 which I had no idea this was happing, I've never heard of this company and now for the last 12 months they've been taking out 8.00 a month. Does anyone have a number ? For this dam company.

      Yea 1-800-631-8140 OR 1-800-285-5903 I found it on my statement. They hit me for 16.99 twice on the 3rd and I just found out tonight. (6th).

    I just noticed on mine they have taken 21.95 3 times and 19.99 twice since november 2011. I have not even heard of this company, nor did I authorize them to use my debit card for ANYTHING! My bank is disputing the charges with them currently, im just thankful i caught it now because after the 5 charges it added up to 105.83 and for a single parent like me thats alot of money! the business needs to be shut down!

    We have been ripped off a total of six times by this tlg scam. I have been looking for a pattern to find out where it could be coming from. Noticed a day or two before each time something from Amazon was purchased. Anybody have a similar pattern?

    it does not  make sense to take some money in a matter of mintutes but take days to give it back.you already got the money by trickrey in the  first place

    They just did this to my mothers account and she is 70 years old and receives social security widow benefits through direct deposit. A couple years ago she did her Christmas shopping through a catalog. We just now caught on. She discontinued her debit card and her bank issued her a new debit card and number. They will no longer be ripping my mom off.

      By not watching our account, they managed to steal $204 from us since August.  So mad at them and myself.  Here's how to fix it accoring to our bank:

      1. Since the payments are going through one of our debit cards, we have to cancel that card to stop the auto withdrawals from TGL.  That's the only way.  Our account remains the same, one of us just gets a new debit card with a new number on it.  TGL will not stop taking your hard earned money, so circumvent them.
      2. Fax a letter to the bank with the withdrawal dates and amounts, include a Google screen shot of "TGL" that shows what a scam this thing is and your complaint is solid and finally note that you contacted TGL to cancel this and the cancellation was never followed through on their end.  There is a window that TGL must respond by and if my bank receives nothing, then the funds are put back into our account.

    the number i got after i called in to my debt card about money being taken off my card is: TLG SHOPPER 800-526-4848 and TLG GREAT FN 800-290-8603
    i called TLG SHOPPER and they couldn't even find any record of my name or address.
    TLG SHOPPER took $21 and TLG GREAT FN took $19.99
    i've never even heard of either of these!
    i'm going back to deal with the debit card company. possibly get a new card w/ new number.
