I have a credit card which i hardly use.Just recently that i noticed why i have some charges that I dont remember of purchasing.I run thru from way back 90days and found out that this TLG GREATFN is charging $11.99/month. I called the number immediately and asking question about the said charges,the person on the line said that when i accepted the offer which i dont remember accepting or even receiving mails stated that they offer such BS!! when i ask what item i purchase online..they said it was from cheaptickets. i ask when(date of the purchase) it was back in 2007.. i just tried to hold my temper for such surprise and anger! i calculated the amount they took from account back in 2007 to present ,$671.44 ... I do believe in KARMA,I hope they do too.I just wish they will able to have a sound sleep every night.What they do to consumer like us,for now they might be enjoying how much millions they get, later it will be taken away from them if not in jail maybe in the bed of illness.

    Who the heck is TLG Shopper? and what the heck did I purchase? for that matter how could i make a purchase the time they siad I did when i ws asleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gueswsw people can also "sleep shop" huh?

    I CHECK MY ACCOUNT LIKE EVERY DAY TO DAY I CHECK MY ACCOUNT THEIR WAS 19.95 &21.95 TAKING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM THESE PEOPLE I CALL THEM AND ASK THAT THEY CANCEL EVERY THING AND RETURN MY MONEY I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE, BUT I WILL BE GOING TO THE BANK

    I was getting billed as a deduction from my checking account & didn't give permission to have it done. I had no knowledge of this happening, as I would periodically check my account. I want it to stop or else I'll contact the Better Business Bureau.

    I was reviewing two of my nearly 90 year old fathers credit cards and found over $300 in charges between them for TLG GREAT FUN, TLG SHOPPER and TLG EVERYDAY.  I am his power of attorney and actually have the cards (for years) as he's in assisted living.  I called these people and was told he subscribed to their service when ordering something from a mail order company a couple years ago.  I told them he didn't order anything (they weren't able to produce a date or item) and told them I wanted his money back now.  All they could do was refund the previous two months and cancel the membership then write in for the rest of it.

    This is nothing but FRAUD pure and simple.  I wrote my complaint letter then wrote the Attorney Generals office here and the BBB where they are based.  I also emailed an attorney online who has a class action against these clowns asking to participate.  

    The parent company is called TRILEGIANT COMPANY.  Just google TRILEGIANT and LAWSUIT and look at the results.  My only question is why are these people still in business I think their owners should be punished and I'm not talking a civil fine.  This type of recurrent behavior indicates premeditation and I'm sure there is some law somewhere with CRIMINAL penalties that could be applied to their activities.

    same complaint as everybody else. charged 19.99 3 times on my credit card  a new one like to know how they got my number  could it be somebody in the office that mails out the cards is stealing the card numbers?
