We have asked these people to stop calling. But alas, they do not seem to get the message, whether I press "2" as requested, or "1" in order to speak with a representative. The man I spoke with the last time around was so rude I hung up on him. And now they call back again. ARGH

Being on the Do Not Call list will do you no good with "Heather".
They are using war-dialing...basically dialing every phone number in a prefix. For example: 212-000-0000 212-000-0001
They do this continuously and never bother to filter out the numbers which are on the do not call list. I wish that someone who has actually lost money to this company would step forward....if we can follow the money we can figure out where heather is and due to their do not call violations take them to court!
