I submitted on-line to an ad that I wanted some information regarding Home Refinancing. The next day, I went back to that site and un-subscribed from that request. I was told it took myname off the list for mortagers calling me.
Quicken Loans called my wife the day after I unscubscribed and was very nasty and un-professional telling her that he would only talk with me after she had told him I had unsubscribed.
Today, I get a call from Quicken Loans and I tell the caller I had unsubscribed from this service and he started quizzing me on what system I had unsubscribed from. He would not take no for an answer. I told him I was not interested and he continued to pressure me on refinancing my mortgage.
Never, in my life have I ever experienced such rudeness and unproffesional ethics. I would never deal with any Company that was so abusive.

I also bugged out before finishing the application. I did answer one call and got in an argument with the caller about a 15 year loan rate. I couldn't get her to understand that paying more every month on a 30 year reduces your interest which in turn lowers your rate for the life of the loan & your not stuck paying the 15 year monthly payment if an unexpected cost hits you. I ended up telling her we have different ways of looking at rates and interest. The problem is that there are a number of people picking up your info from a bank of applicants and a different person calls every time. I'm just not answering any more. It's just like job head hunters, they do what ever it takes to get commissioned, even if they don't understand there own products or push into something you don't need.

15 yr loans have lower interest rates and due to the fact only 180 payments less interest overall

I went to a website about the possibility of a refi program going on. My information was sent to three banks. The only one to continuously call me is Quicken Loans. After getting three phone calls alone on Saturday and five yesterday, I do not want to do business with them. I keep blocking each of their numbers, but they have so many numbers it is hard to keep blocking them and it is frustrating. Do not do business with these people. They do not deserve it.

Harassing phone calls DO NOT STOP even after asking to be placed on "do not call list".  This company is first class harassment and does not care about your requests.  I can't imagine doing business with this company.

They're still at it. Did not fill out any online forms, or make any requests - have Quicken Loans calling me, 10 times in 4 days and Loan Depot, 18 times in 4 days - for no reason that I'm aware of. Filed complaints on FTC (yeah, I know... why? But, for record keeping at least) and Better Business Bureau. Damn ridiculous. If I'm ever in the market for a house loan... I will pay rent for the rest of my life before I use Quicken.

I got 8 calls from Quicken Loans on Oct 14, 2016.  Each number was different.  I own my home, I don't need a mortgage or any other type of loan.  I never contacted them or any other finance place.  I requested to be removed from their list and some said it's not possible, others said they would look into it.   They kept calling throughout the day.  It's total harassment.  And since the number keeps changing I cannot block them.

11 numbers. That is how many I have added to my block list this week. 4 days of nonstop calls from Quicken Loans looking for someone named Adrian. I tell them they have the wrong number, and what happens? I get a call from a different number from Quicken Loans looking for Adrian. I have never shown any interest in a loan and had no contact with them whatsoever before this. My name is nowhere close to being Adrian either.

same story here - two months ago i submitted an online request for mortgage refinancing information on a website. i received a deluge of phone calls and emails from several companies, but after two weeks, Quicken was the only one to continue to call. every other day or so i still receive phone calls from them, every time i tell them i have already refinanced and please take me off the list, and every time i block the number. two days later? Quicken calls from another number, i tell them i've already refinanced, please take me off the list. repeat. i have blocked around a DOZEN numbers yet i still get calls. SERIOUSLY, what is going on here?

The first thing to do is block their calls.  Second-NEVER do business with them. Third- Report them to the relevant state regulatory agencies for harrassment (and remember that our President is getting rid of consumer protections, thus leaving us at the mercy of such companies).

    To whom It May Concern,

I tried using your service, 2 or 3 of your Vendors were downright rude,  bothersome and threatening. Even after telling these companies their service wasn't required they still harassed me, I"m disable after 7 surgeries and getting ready for another surgery. This is not something I need at this time in my life.
I even unsubscribed the day of filling out request on Lending tree. This is what happened after unsubscribing and telling them to QUIT calling. I have saved enough information to back this up. Quicken loans is the worst offender, they told me they will remove me and or put a note to quit calling

Quicken Loans- 12 phones calls or messages, 8 different people, 2 Spanish and 2 hang ups. Numerous e-mails.
Loan Depot- 8 phones calls, 5 different people, Numerous e-mails.

Lender Fi-5 phones calls, 3 different people,  Numerous e-mails.

So to Start with I sold My 50 shares of Lending Tree Stock through my IRA Capital One Acct.  since this harassment started. I can not own a Company whose beliefs go beyond the normal way of doing business and treating it's customers withthe upmost respect.

Quicken loans must call me 5 times a day. I answered once and told them I wasn’t interested but the calls continue. It’s so annoying that I think I might just block the number.

DONT GET INVOLVED WITH QUICKEN LOANS;  DONT ANSWER AN ONLINE BAIT AD FOR A FREE REFINANCE. Quicken Loans is ruthless!  they will call and call, leave voicemails, they will harass you until you die!   The "FREE" is a bait,  stay away.  Lending Tree is also NEVER FREE.

I’ve gotten6-7 calls lately from the same guy saying he’s from QuickenLoans.  I doubt he is telling the truth. We have two mortgage loans from them and they’ve been a fabulous company to deal with. I buy and sell lots of residential real estate for decades and they top everyone in both service and rates, bar none. The only time they called me back after having the loans for awhile was on an offer to refi at no cost to cut out PMI and reduce the rate. They gave the ONLY mortgage refi that literally cost me NOTHING!! Not even for the appraisal or state taxes or anything. I was stunned but pretty darn happy. And the man we worked with there was amazing, always looking out for our best interest. Plus they have an amazing setup where they can get you info right away unlike every other mortgage lender, thanks I believe to their programming setup. They’ve got a customer for life. So even though I’m very busy now, I’m going to call this guy back to see if he is actually from QL and if so, what their deal might be about. I do encourage people to get their names on the FCC Do Not call registry and to make sure your spouse’s name is on the list, too. I used to run a nonprofit that focused on privacy so I know it can help.
