i saw their sites,and they have terms and disclosures privacy policy and terms and conditions as well.and before i ordered the cd as i called their CSnumber to inquire,upon ordering the cd the initial charge for that is the 1.00 for the processing fee and 1.99 for shipping and handling via usps.and it will take 10 to 14days for you to receive the cd,but it comes along with the free trial membership for the 3 programs and while waiting for your cd we can actually use the free trial membership of the sites already because the free trial membership started from the moment that we purchased the cd and they also send a confirmation email which also include the programs that we have and the username and password and as well as the customer service number and they will send the confirmation email on the day that you ordered the cd to the email address that you registered so if we,the customers are not interested and if we dont want to be charge you need to call the CSnumber and request for a cancellation before your free trial membership end,because its stated on the terms and conditions that after the free trial membership you will be automatically charge for the monthly fee and the monthly fee is not refundable so we to those persons who get their refunds for the charges must be thankful because its your fault why you were charge because your not reading the terms and conditions before you ordered the cd as the customer we agreed to the terms and disclosures.im not against the grant search because as a customer we are liable to read everything before we buy something especially the terms and conditions especially if our credit card information is needed. honestly,im not against to the company,and as a wise customer i see to it that before i use my credit card information i always check everything. i ordered the cd to them and call them before my trial membership end and i was not charge for the monthly fee and the charge appeared on my account is the shipping and handling and processing fee of the cd that i ordered only., so if you want to see their sales page www.grantmastercd.com their customer service number 1 (866) 396 – 5694

Please don't defend these people, scammers are scammers period. They swindle money from innocent people so they don't have to WORK (DIRTY FOUR LETTER WORD FOR THEM). The clearing house industry needs to set some standards for themselves, but why would they do that when it could negatively reflect their bottom line. This is what has happened to the decline of the human race--GREED.

Just got through looking over my bank statement and was surprised that I'm being charged for something I didn't approve charging on my credit card...still! Called several numbers to cancel but no luck?

Thanks Terri. I could not find a number to call. What a rip off. Does the govrnment monitor this stuff??? They should ed. I know there was no notice that #39.95 would be charged. I have charges everywhere. I finally got it canceled and actully got them to refund $39.95. Which was nthing compaired to what I was charged.

Not only did they bill my credit card twice for receiving NOT a DAMN thing to date (4-23)but also my debit card which I have no clue as to how they got that because I never use it for such as this.

I got the "free" CD and so far I am $197 into the negative because of the $49.50 they pulled from my account. I tried for 2 days to get a hold of a real person there - I finally did - they can only refund $20 of it. I'm going to follow the advice here though and file a fraud alert. According to the "Grant Resource Center" there is a statement saying I would be charged in 7 days. Baloney! It took 10 days to receive the CD! This is so not right and I'm aggravated that companies can do this. Why on earth wouldn't they send an email or give a phone call letting you know that you're going to be charged? The number I have is 800-235-1364 and the address is: Grant Resource Center Grant Instructor LLC 3155 East Patrick Lane Suite 1 Las Vegas NV 89120 DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OR THEIR SCAM! It's not worth it. You will continue to be charged every month! Honestly, if you actually had an extra $49.50 would you need a grant???

I just noticed the charge on my account. I am usually pretty careful to read any "terms and agreement" boxes that show up before I order something so I was surprised to see that I had been taken this way. I don't dispute that it was there as several others have stated but it really should be illegal for companies to do this.

Would like to know what your lawyer/BBB had to say about recourse.But with BMS not in the USA i doubt there is much they can do. I was scamed for$42.24 and never received the CD.The number i called told me to leave a message

Thank you SOOOOO much for providing this number... I did not know what to do...was not aware that I "signed up" for any programs.... I had TWO charges from the same place... one for bsm grants and one for network agenda. If you have this problem make sure you ask if you are signed up for anything else because they were going to cancel bsm grants but did not tell me about network agenda until I asked if there were anything else I had "signed up" to be charged for. Again... THANK YOU!! :):)

I just found out today I was under in my checking account. Grant Resource Center (GRC) charged my accout $49.95. I had ordered a CD for $2.95. I thought that was it. The charge wiped out my savings a big $1.06 and most of the money in my accout was tithe plus I'm still under. I'm tring to survive and was hoping a Grant would help, instead I'm worse than when I started.PLEASE CHECK OUT the terms and conditions. I did'nt see anything sayig I would get charged extra. When I call 800-235-1364 they said by ordering the CD I was agreeing to the $49.95 per month and I had 7 days to cancel from date of purchase. I hope this helps someone.

Same thing happened to me. Wouldn't refund the money but did cancel my membership. It's been a year and no other charges have been made.

Just got off the phone with GCR. (1-888-276-8105 option 3) They charged my account $2.95 for the CD and then another $49.50. The customer service rep said to check their website where it says the following. The service rep was very nice to me and canceled by account by could not remove the $49.50. Annoying but live and learn I guess.
By submitting this form I am ordering the Grant Resource Information and trial membership. After the seven day trial I will be charged $49.50 a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY and Terms & Conditions. Cancel any time by calling 1-800-235-1364.

I called that cancellation number and it keeps saying "we will answer your call in the order that it was received" without a dial tone. This grant office is draining me and I didn't even notice until the charge of $143.00 to my account which overdrew and put me back in debt. Thanks grant research guide!!

I would like to say thank you very much for putting those numbers out there for everyone. I have been looking for almost two months on how to stop those charges. I have been very lucky to not have any overdraft fees from a $39.95 and $9.95 charge that i seriously cannot afford a month.

MasterGrantcd got me too. I read the order confirmation page multiple after ordering because I figured it would let you know any trial memberships you may have ordered. The logons were there but nowhere did it say they were trial memberships. Oh well.

They have charged my account several times and I have been unable to get in touch with someone to have the charge removed. I have contacted my bank to let them know they are fraudualent charges.
I am calling the 866-370-7270 Number now to have it canceled. This is a total scam and ripp off, I can not beleive this company has not been stopped yet.

I also just found the unauthorized transaction on my statement and called 1-866-370-7270 and finally after 15 minutes of arguing about the supposed 7day free trial got a cancellation confirmation. I couldn't understand the India accent and was very pissed. I was given 3 cancellation codes for the 3 different programs they were trying to charge me for. Big rip off. Government needs to shut this operation down right now!!! Good luck to all ripped of by these [***]!!!
